But I think an overlooked value is that this software is so intuitive that most new team members can navigate it without help on their first day and are capable of working independently the first week. Very little time is needed to train new hires on how to use CINC, which is great asset when you are busy getting them up to speed for their position. **What do you dislike about CINC Systems?** The only downside is that they are so innovative it is hard to keep up with all of the amazing changes and upgrades. **What problems is CINC Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** CINC solves the problem of reporting to the Board. Many times managers get so busy getting the job done that its hard to take the time to report their actions to the Board. Board Members are often only involved at a meeting and do not fully realize all of the work the manager does to maintain the community. The benefit of the Board being able to see violations, ARCs, and work orders on the website is that they can better appreciate the value of the management company. ### 4. Once you have the system completely setup it will basically do your accounting work for you! I have been working with the CINC software for 7 years and I have had Happy Boards for all 7 years! The CCR works great so long as you have it setup correctly. **What do you dislike about CINC Systems?** I work with CINC clients to help them fully setup their CINC systems and I help train their staff on the system. The biggest complaint I get is not really about the system itself but more about just the disconnect they feel from the time implementation ends to their current time. **What problems is CINC Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** For all of my clients it’s resolving the manual process they are having to do with other software. ### 6. System is not ready for California e-communication laws. Monthly reporting groups cannot accommodate easily running a financial packet for a prior month. When a error is made on a journal entry date/amount or invoice void date you cannot correct it. This requires a support ticket that usually takes 2+ minutes to fill out and 12-48 hours to have it corrected. Lack of custom reporting options that are user friendly. In general, improvements to the system and mysterious issues happen and backlog support or product development are very slow and have no ETA on when support cases will be resolved. **What problems is CINC Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** Less time on bank reconciliations and financial reporting when there are no complications. ### 7. I like the accounting services a lot because they are so responsive and they really go above and beyond to assist even when it’s not in their wheelhouse. They will still try to advise or send you to the right people. The implementation team did a lot of work to get me up and running which I was very impressed. My account manager is simply wonderful to work with and so responsive. For example, the portfolio management module is missing key aspects of reporting action items, which have been communicated to Customer Success. Before starting a new module, it is helpful to have one completed so there isn't so much 'in development'. **What problems is CINC Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** There aren't any problems that are outstanding that haven't been resolved except for the portfolio module. We are an extremely transparent and communicative company and want our Board's to see what the manager is doing for the community. I really like the system as a whole, the group report function, etc. I also really like the interaction with the board access like invoice approval and it notifying board members when documents are posted. **What do you dislike about CINC Systems?** I dislike that I cannot post a negative invoice to indicate a credit from a vendor. Certain minor problems but honestly it’s a really nice system. I think information could be consolidated on one screen, like for example a routing and account number shouldn’t be found on two completely different screens.
