What do you like best about Valant?

Valant bills itself as a strong tool for delivering data and reporting on activities. Unfortunately, most are not useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Valant?

Valant has literally set our business back by a year. Since we migrated off of it, billing has passed through insurance reliably, where it would be hung up and contested with Valant.

Its reporting library, while extensive, is not clear as to what report to use or their source of data. Two seemingly similar reports will frequently deliver different numbers.

Our practitioners have also considered it difficult to use, which has led to a delay in their entering encounter notes, leading to late billing and lost revenue.

Valant was a 6-month+ integration process and has lost us thousands of dollars in lost revenue, and wasted training effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Valant?

Nothing. This platform is trash. I have nothing good to say about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Valant?

I was informed that there were functions that were simply not available OR were poorly executed. Telehealth component which was an unexpected add-on (which I was told this was included) was absolute trash. Patient appointment reminders, which were supposed to be included ARE inlcuded, but only 2 with each reminder incurring a charge. Sales rep was very misleading and now I'm stuck in a 12 month contract that I can't get out of. I was not aware that signing on was a 12 month committment. I've reached out to customer service regarding my concerns and was told that I can not opt out. Worst mistake was believing the sales rep that the platform had capabilities that it did not have. What do you like best about Valant?

This is a great system when it comes to appointment scheduling for a team of providers. Automated appointment reminders can be set up via call/text/email and the record fields are extensive, although not very customizable. They have a great support team too. What do you dislike about Valant?

Not many features/fields can be customized, but Valant does try to cover all the bases. You are not able to retrieve the stored data very easily (so if you ever change systems you might have an interesting time getting all your documents out of the system). Also really struggling to set up eLabs on Valant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Valant?

1. Valant offers as a component of the admission note, various appraisals that are naturally scored!

2. Adaptable for how you might want to see catches.

3. Gathering Notes consequently extend from the principal note in the general segment, VERY supportive!

4. Prepopulated from the last note, so you don't have to return to audit.

5. Client administration is astounding. Follow up email or telephone questions are immediately replied without steady requirement for development.

6. Cloud based.

7. 100% good with Mac, iPad, iPhone and Windows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Valant?

What do you like best about Valant?

I really enjoyed the home page which gave helpful pie charts describing which notes and charts were up to date, how many notes you were missing, and how many still needed to be approved by your supervisor. It was clear and concise and provided a good overview. I also enjoyed that you could have your schedule in the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Valant?

Sometimes Valant would not save the note that took a long while to type. It was very frustrating. Also, occasionally clients would not show up on the schedule for a few hours and if you have someone scheduling for you, it was sometimes easily missed and two clients were scheduled in the same space. What do you like best about Valant?

It's incredibly easy to use. I can check patients in effortlessly and because of the simple check-out process, submitting CPT codes for billing is easy as pie. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Valant?

I'm not too fond of the external prescription service. It's not exactly self-explanatory in regards to the title menu, and I really feel it could use with some aesthetic updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
