What do you like best about UserGuiding?

It works. I have used other platforms in the past that were very glitchy. With UserGuiding I setup a segment and the flows and guides show up as I expect. I love the resource centers so we can serve up customized content to different segements for personalized onboarding. We have already gotten some great feedback from the surveys as well. What do you dislike about UserGuiding?

No major issues so far. I have already sent their team some feedback on minor changes, and they were appreciative and receptive of that. There was a small bug that was fixed and now all is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UserGuiding?

All of our company's use cases at different levels of complexity were attended to in a simple way for learning, the more complex business particularities were quickly instructed by very fast customer service support with very good technical knowledge! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserGuiding?

What do you like best about UserGuiding?

Our team always aimed to improve UX on our platform and be our marketing efforts better. However, enabling real-time communication with users has been a lot of challenge with engineering issues, specially its costs. Now, we know User Guiding is a simple, marketer-friendly, and cost-effective solution that our engineering team could easily implement, and we really like that. What do you dislike about UserGuiding?

We would like User Guiding to edit user information in bulk via the API, as the currently they only allow to update only 1 user at a time (although bulk reads are supported). Additionally, We would like using bulk editing via API to be excluded from the billing system that higher MAU usage would otherwise increase costs., as we need to list up user information at first. What do you like best about UserGuiding?

What do you like best about UserGuiding?

We started using UserGuiding with the goal of making our tool increasingly "plug and play." The tool allows us to create tutorials, tracks, checklists, draw attention to specific points, and segment views, which has helped us a lot. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, making it simple to create guides without the need for technical knowledge. No integration is needed, just download an extension on Google Chrome.

So far, my experience with UserGuiding has been positive. The tool makes it easy to create interactive guides that improve the user experience and reduce the need for customer support. What do you like best about UserGuiding?

I used this app for only two weeks. There is a learning curve, but there is also support people that helps you. After getting the hang of it, it was smooth sailing. I set up Userguiding on my app and it is working perfectly well! It is easy to integrate and easy to use and implement. Our clients use it a lot! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
