UserGuiding is very simple to use and implemente. It easy to connect elements to guide and follow the satisfaction of users along the journey. With new modules available like the product update page and FAQ, we generated more ideas to increase the connection with our users.

Once enabled on your site, UserGuiding is easy to enable and modify to your liking. We primarily use UserGuiding to supplement our new user onboarding, and to keep our Knowledge Base avaialble to our users in-app, reducing the need for them to search externally for information. What I like most about userguiding is that it is a ready to use solution. This means I don't have to take time from my dev team and I avoid countless meetings and iterations in creating what userguiding provides so efficiently. The product is easy to use and provides overall great customer experience. Ideal for a Saas company that want clients to be autonomous inside the product. As a small startup, with no product marketer, it was hard for us as founding team to market our product features well.
We evaluated multiple option, and chose userguiding because of a competitive price they were offering and ease of use of their ui.
After using it, I as a founding member feel confident about our product, we're seeing more adoption.

We are integrating UserGuiding to help customers navigate our self-service modules. We are able to have automated and personalized communicaton with our accounts, along with a learning library to help them improve their self efficiency while using the panel. UserGuiding will help us communicate with our accounts in a much quicker and practical way and it will reduce our training and onboarding periods significantly.
