What do you like best about UserGuiding?

As a designer it is easy and intuitive for me to utilize the UserGuiding interface to create user engagement that promotes new product features, onboarding, and direct links to our help center. I am able to apply our company branding and visually customize the messaging. I am excited to explore their "Knowledge Base" feature that can host a web page with product updates and release notes. Thier customer support great. Our representative, Kemal is especially proactive and invested in helping our company succeed with our engagement endeavors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserGuiding?

When I started exploring the product 2 years ago there was some glitchy behavior that made me worry if our company could scale with this product. What do you like best about UserGuiding?

What do you like best about UserGuiding?

It was very easy to get up and running quickly. Support has been great the entire way along. We have been using it for about 90 days and new features keep rolling out which is encouraging. When we did find a small bug with filtering companies recently, they had it resolved in a matter of days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserGuiding?

What do you like best about UserGuiding?

The analytics feature has been a game-changer. We can see exactly where users drop off during onboarding. We had no idea where people were getting stuck before, but now we know exactly what needs fixing. We’re already seeing better results because of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserGuiding?

Integrating with a couple of third-party tools was a bit tricky, but the support team was helpful in sorting it out. They walked me through the entire process which is a rare thing for these kinds of products so I’m willing to ignore some minor cons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UserGuiding?

What do you like best about UserGuiding?

I like that it is very easy to insert and create guides for the product, but the part that surprised me the most was the surveys! Very good and easy to follow the progress of the responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserGuiding?

I would like the guides to be more customizable with colors, for example, in the search part I can set a specific background color, but in the guides it is always white and I cannot change that.

What do you like best about UserGuiding?

I generally really like it when a tool is drag-and-drop oriented. It’s makes it all easier even for someone without coding experience like me. We’ve been able to put together onboarding flows, tooltips, and tutorials all without having to bother the devs. It’s honestly made a big difference for our team, especially for those of us who aren’t super technical as I just said. What do you like best about UserGuiding?

UserGuiding. has allowed us to implement comprehensive user guides, targeted and segmented to our users, thus making our platform accessible to newcomers. This would not have been possible without UserGuiding. Also, the price tag is competetive and the functionality sufficient to make it work for so many purposes. Furthermore, it is really easy to implement, and it even works through third party solutions for integration. Customer support is also great. Even the AI generated responses are actually relevant, and the support team can be reached if the issue is not resolved by the AI responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UserGuiding?

We were looking for an application that would allow the different product teams to act independently and create guides with facilities to facilitate communication with the user directly through the platform, in order to avoid other forms of communication (email, push...) . I would like it to be possible to upload segmentations in .csv using properties other than the user-id.

What do you like best about UserGuiding?

I like the many features that the system offers. The system has made it easier for us to communicate with our customers and has given our product team independence, since before we had to rely on the development team to create a simple modal. Now, with UserGuiding, we can create guides, launch surveys, and approach our customers much more easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserGuiding?

Unfortunately, we sometimes encounter some bugs, especially in the surveys section. Our NPS survey has been active for a long time and has a lot of responses, so sometimes when extracting the spreadsheet with the responses the filters do not work, the responses are disorganized and this hinders our analysis.
