What do you like best about UserGuiding?

O userguiding é uma ferramenta muito poderosa para comuinicarmos novas funcionalidades do nosso produto e auxiliar na educação dos nossos usuários na utilização de ferramentas mais complexas ou que tem baixa adesão. What do you like best about UserGuiding?

The ability to set different audiences for our launches.

The news has always been launched by them.

The ability to create an integrated knowledge base for our platform and demonstrate its real value.

The support team is definitely a 5-star team.

The implementation was very easy, and we had someone guiding us through the steps.

The tool is very easy to use, and the materials are rich and comprehensive.

What do you dislike about UserGuiding?

The integration was fine, but I needed a developer with me.

What do you like best about UserGuiding?

UserGuiding is an essential software for anyone looking to grow in a scalable way.

All the features are great, the guides are easy to use and configure, anyone can do it. The checklist is quick and accurate, and the surveys are effective, meeting the needs of any software company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserGuiding?

What I like the most is the Data Analytics system, which is more complex to use, and something we really need in Product Growth. What do you like best about UserGuiding?

Userguiding is great to showcase new functionality, highlight tips and tricks in our application, link into our knowledge base, and generally keep a lot of customer facing "help" in one place, at their fingertips. Our customer support team are great and get us answers very quickly when we need them. And we are able to integrate without engineering resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserGuiding?

You get out of it what you put into it. Need to consciously make a plan and ownership - this is the same with all other tools, but its not "magic". If we commit to learning and using it well, and align our marketing resources against it too, we get a lot out of it. That being said, we dont have to align any engineering resources, and it doesnt require deployments to get new user guiding prompts, so its quick and effective once we got the business process down. What do you like best about UserGuiding?

Our site has a lot of helpful functionality, but it's only useful if customers know HOW to use it. In-app tutorials like the ones that UserGuiding offers help educate our customers on answers to common questions before they even arise. I also appreciate that I can make adjustments to the text and appearance of the guides without needing to involve our tech team for every minor change. Their customer support team was quick to offer help and an amenable solution for the issue we encountered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserGuiding?

UserGuiding does require tech help for installation and can be finicky if you're trying to get it to show to targeted wildcard pages (i.e. not just show on the homepage for example). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UserGuiding?

What I like best is how easy it is to set up onboarding checklists and product tours. The platform is intuitive, and we can quickly segment users to show them relevant guides based on where they are in the journey. What do you dislike about UserGuiding?

Sometimes the editor can feel a bit clunky, especially when customizing the design of the guides. It would be great if there were more options to tweak the appearance without needing to dive into custom CSS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UserGuiding?

What do you like best about UserGuiding?

I liked the organization of the tool – the separated and clear structures on when and in what context to use each functionality, in addition to the technical support available in Brazil – unlike the competitors Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserGuiding?

I didn't like that the tool is not available for testing in a sandbox environment during the trial period. If you miss the few days of freemium, you can't test and create real usability examples of the tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UserGuiding?

We were loking for a way to help users figure out our product without needing to totally overhaul our existing product. We implemented a UserGuiding Product Tour in 2 hours and it has been a huge unlock for our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserGuiding?

Reporting could be better. I'd love to be able to get specific cuts measuring how specific segments are responding to the Product Tour we built. There's an Impact Reports product in beta, but it's not yet built out enough for our needs. But it's not a huge deal; we just manage reporting on other platforms.
