As a developer involved in the integration of UserGuiding into our enterprise app, the setup was easy with lots of guidance available on the blog site. We are thrilled with how simple it is to get up and running, and all configuration of UserGuiding resources can be done through their online dashboard - no extra development required! I needed some help with cors policies in our application affecting some of the resources the guides need to display correctly, and the support team helped me with advice within hours of my request through their online chat. While I appreciate the ease of use and the intuitive layout of the application, there are some aspects that I find lacking.
The NPS dashboard/analysis panel is quite basic, lacking sufficient information and configuration options. This forces us to download the spreadsheet and use other tools for a more detailed analysis. The product itself is easy to integrate and use. You even do not get trained, everything is quite smooth. The team is amazing, when you have questions, trouble they are really fast.

UserGuiding helps us to streamline the workflows that users follow on our platform. It makes reaching clients easier, for example when we want to announce webinaires or new features. Whenever we have a problem, or can't fugure something out, the UserGuiding customer success team always responds quickly and is very helpful.

As a new user, I am already impressed with UserGuiding. The ease of use is remarkable. The Chrome extension makes it incredibly easy to create and preview my guides and hotspots.
The implementation process appears seamless with simple code placement – no technical difficulties whatsoever! Additionally, the customer support has been outstanding. Any questions I had have been answered almost immediately, and I received an email from my customer success manager offering a personalised call right after sign-up.
The platform offers a plethora of features – more than I initially realised! There are so many ways UserGuiding can enhance our user experience. While we haven’t gone live yet, I can already see the tremendous potential and positive outcomes it will bring. I’m excited to see the difference UserGuiding will make in our onboarding process. I love how easy it is to use! It is very user friendly, and the help articles are very clear. Additionally, the support team is one of the best out there! Felipe is amazing and patient, answers all my questions quickly anytime I go into chat or email. Kemal has been awesome with checking in on our account and making sure we're utilizing the app in the best way, and Gabriel was great during our trial period!
