What do you like best about UserGuiding?

What do you like best about UserGuiding?

What I liked most was the ease of creating the Guides and the support received. It was very intuitive to create the guides through the Chrome extension, and there is a good variety of customizations and formats. Additionally, the support provided was incredible; they accompanied me the whole time to resolve doubts and errors until everything was working! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserGuiding?

I am still testing the features, I had some errors occurring during the tests regarding the Guides, which created insecurity about going live for real. What do you like best about UserGuiding?

The Log history of UserGuiding is very good, which is a differentiator from other platforms. Recently, we conducted a market analysis in which we evaluated several competitors of UserGuiding, and none of them offer this solution that you have, so it is something to highlight in the product. Additionally, support in our language makes a big difference. Having Felipe to quickly clear up doubts helps us solve simple problems without relying on speaking English and conveying the wrong message, which is something competitors do not have. Another competitive advantage you have is the monthly payment. This is probably an issue for your churn, but other companies providing the same service only offer annual payments, at most semi-annually in rare exceptions. Having the monthly payment option helps us a lot to allocate the correct budget without compromising for small businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserGuiding?

Comparing your competitors, you need to evolve in recording data. Today, I needed a feature that Appecues has and you don't yet, which is the ability to add written fields for the user to respond and record this response as part of what they commented. Additionally, I miss having guides with tracking as events, just like it's done in Appecues; they save internal events. A super important point that makes me consider buying Appecues is the ability to create buttons on my site without needing a developer; this is very innovative and makes a difference in various processes. What do you like best about UserGuiding?

UserGuiding is very user friendly and doesn't require technical background to operate on a day to day basis. It also provides a bit more user tracking analytics than its competitors. It's been easy to implement and add new features/functionality. I also love the Knowledge Base, its been a game changer for us. Customer Support is fantastic and provides immediate assistance. What do you like best about UserGuiding?

From the technical side, the program allows for scripting. We could control the system functions to meet our needs. Thanks to such facilities, we can enable, for example, the knowledge base appropriately to a given context, or when the user gets lost in search of answers to their problems. What do you like best about UserGuiding?

It's a great platform for creating guided onboardings, launch communications, and research. Everything is customizable and easy and, if you want even more advanced customization, there is the option to change the CSS of the components offered by the platform. What do you like best about UserGuiding?

During implementation, there were concerns that the program would slow down the site. We read the instructions from Guiding and it turned out that the script starts asynchronously and there is no need to wait for it to load. The site works as it did, there is no impact on performance and the program loads at its own pace. Perfect, it saved us a lot of coding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
