What do you like best about UserGuiding?

UI/UX is user friendly and easy to use

Support is helpful and not rude or annoyed.

My issue was sorted quickly and effortlessly

I am excited to use all the features that we were shown in the initial demo.

What do you dislike about UserGuiding?

Ease of implementation: Not that easy. I do struggle with finding my way around the platform to start building up guides and making them pretty. I need help and guidance on how to start building up proper content for the resource centre, this is not userguiding related - but more the content related and how to build proper content so more outside of userguiding. I would love advice from the userguiding team though- seeing as they have awesome content. I would like to use it more frequently, and this would probably also help me to navugate the platform easier. We do struggle with testing our steps created / guides set up on our platform. And sometimes the little information icons pop up where they should'nt and then our client freak out because they don't know what's going on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UserGuiding?

It's very convenient that adding tags to the front end can completely handle the differentiation of user guides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserGuiding?

While I'm dissatisfied with the lack of a bulk update API for the user list, I'm optimistic about future enhancements since the API for retrieving the user list is already implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UserGuiding?

One thing that stands out for me is how well it integrates with our product. Everything just works together seamlessly, and we no longer need to bug the developers for product tours or guides. Being able to handle all of that on our own saves an amount of time I quite appreciate. I’m definitely a fan of how much independence it’s given us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserGuiding?

I wish the analytics dashboard offered more customization options for filtering user behavior data. More flexibility would be useful, as sifting through all the information can sometimes feel overwhelming. It would also help analyze data more effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UserGuiding?

We've been using UserGuiding at Publer as a way for us to not only educate our users about the features our platform has but also to introduce to free users our exclusive paid features. We've noticed a high engagement rate on our guides until now, and we are looking forward to trying all other additional features Userguiding offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UserGuiding?

What do you like best about UserGuiding?

The guides & hot spots allow us to get very specific with training content. Things I used to have to say 20+ times during a customer on-boarding are now nicely presented in the guide or hot spot. This is great for the user since they can always go back to it for the reminder. But, it's also great for my support team because we no longer have to constantly repeat ourselves & the customer still receives a consistent message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserGuiding?
