What do you like best about UserGuiding?

There are several important features on userguiding.

Guides can be set by usergroup and page address, giving a fine control over to whom the guides are shown.

Hotspots are amazing to quickly point to a user a new feature, precisely when that feature is meaningful to the user.

We also made a custom design so the tool blends better with our design system and looks like it's all connected Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserGuiding?

There aren't things I dislike, the support is always great, and we've accomplished a lot with the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UserGuiding?

The software set-up is easy. There are many options available to guide users through onboarding which is great. The customer service is amazing. I have been asking a lot of questions and Felipe was super helpful. There was a situation I had to figure out segmenting onboarding for new and existing users and he guided me through till the end. We also had a UX issue during our first onboarding guide and the team was able to resolve it in a few days. They kept us regularly informed. I can only recommend User Guiding. What do you dislike about UserGuiding?

There is nothing I dislike but I would like to see more tooltips while navigating through the user interface of the User Guiding. While there are resources in documentation, having help texts across different settings would be so helpful. I would like more information about creating specific segments. What do you like best about UserGuiding?

I frequently use UserGuiding because of its user-friendly, no-code approach to create onboarding guides for our platform. It's not only really straightforward to use and set up, but it was also very easy to implement into our system. On occasions where we've needed to involve our developers for a more complex setup or to troubleshoot, we've found their support team to be exceptional—truly among the best I've ever encountered. What do you dislike about UserGuiding?

One aspect of UserGuiding that could use improvement is its reporting functionality. Currently, the reports could offer more depth, with additional features and options to better track the performance of the guides and content we create. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UserGuiding?

The ability to create step-by-step walkthroughs with UserGuiding has been a lifesaver for our team. It's really helpful to guide new users without overwhelming them. What do you like best about UserGuiding?

Userguiding is very intuitive to set up and allows for a great level of granularity on what guide is shown well as well as being able to step by step walk a user tthrough a more complicated process. We have used it to suplement our onboarding team and have seen a consisderable decrease in users sending us questions. Our customer support team has been able to dedicate their time to more pressing issues instead of spending time doing initial walk throughs. I believe it is the best offering on the market. From an integration standpoint Userguiding makes it very easy their scripts are universal so we were able to easily integrate our website and application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserGuiding?

I dont really have any issues with user guiding there was a small learning curve but we were up and running within a week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The navigation is straightforward and easy to understand for new users.

What do you dislike about UserGuiding?

The guide probably doesn't show if there's an ad block in the user's browser.

There are some minor limitations when it comes to customization.
