The software is easy to use and really helpful. UncommonGood's marketing and fundraising tools are incredibly effective and have drastically increased our donor base. UG's staff is also fantastic. It is precisely what we need in our software and has some unexpected features that bring much value. We love that there is no limit to the number of members we can have using the software and no limit to the number of contact records. The CRM is robust but also manageable and easy to use. We LOVE the donation widget embedded on our site and have increased our online donations exponentially since using UncommonGood. Their marketing tools are exceptional as well. We are able to create all our creative content and post directly on Facebook and Instagram, with the ability to pre-schedule all our posts as well. UG is such a well-rounded platform, it saves us a ton of time and money and provides a tremendous amount of efficiency in our operations. Their customer service is also second to none.
