What do you like best about Twilio?

Honestly, compared to their competition, I can't think of any. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twilio?

We tried for over a month to get our basic A2P campaign approved by Twilio. Our campaign was rejected five times, each time with no explanation as to why, and with no documentation as to how to rectify our campaign. We tried seeking their help via the customer support system, which went nowhere. We eventually gave up and went elsewhere. If you are planning an A2P campaign with Twilio, don't waste your time and go elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Twilio?

Twilio's integration with our CRM is at the core of our business. It links call recordings and text message history to the profile of each customer so we never lose track of any communication with customers or our internal team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twilio?

While we can make outbound calls just fine, the biggest pain point we have with Twilio is the inability to answer incoming calls. If the customer is assigned to a specific user in our CRM, it will forward to their personal cell phone, but we'd rather be able to answer it from within our CRM. What problems is Twilio solving and how is that benefiting you?

We service 22 states and 2 countries and Twilio allows us to select the numbers we want to use as a business. We have a number for almost every state we sell in so that our number matches the area code of our customer base. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Twilio?

Very easy to use, with a ton of information available on how certain functions work and why. The help center is very comprehensive such that a beginner could navigate the platform with just research. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Navigation through different parts of the platform can prove to be difficult due to some of the placements of things not being as intuitive as others. this makes Brand management a bit more difficult Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Twilio?

1. Twilio Authy Autenticator: The best authenticator that one could use, the main advantage is that the Autenticator is tied to your Phone Number rather than your native account, this was the main reason for our firm to switch to Twilio Authy Autenticator.

2. Multi Device Support: Authy is the only authenticator that truly supports multiple devices and works flawlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twilio?

1. UI UX: There is a lot of friction in locating the proper account, and I wish there was a way to make the size smaller so that it was easier to discover. However, the ability to search and rearrange does help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Twilio is the best telephony platform that helps with calling and sending SMS or campaigns to customers.

The development of Twilio for advanced functionalities is a bit complex to understand for newcomers.

My issues weren't addressed in a timely manner and the solutions proposed often lacked the necessary clarity. For a tech-driven platform like Twilio, it's surprising to see such an underwhelming support infrastructure.

What do you like best about Twilio?

The best thing about Twilio is that it is straightforward to implement. Twilio SDKs are easy to use, and you can integrate it into your product for SMS or Email service within minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twilio?

There is nothing to dislike about the Twilio Communication APIs. It's not much costly also. It provides excellent configuration options for your APIs. It's much easier to implement then firebase otp authentication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Twilio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Twilio gives a phone number SDKs, so you can use that service in your form if you have a phone number field with country codes, and you can even show the country flag in that field which is precisely i was looking for.
