That's why we built Trustist, to make review management a breeze. Not only does it allow you to collect reviews from anywhere, but it also automatically posts 4 - 5 star reviews instantly to social media, so potential customers can see what people are saying about your company. Trustist also makes it easy for your customers to leave reviews. All they have to do is scan a QR code or click on our review link and they're good-to-go. No more hunting down email addresses or trying to remember where you put that pesky business card! We know that every star counts, so Trustist automatically aggregates all of your reviews from any platform into a single display on your site. We then display those all-important stars for the webpages of your business website in the organic Google search results to ensure that you stand out against competitors. So we can still have Google and Facebook reviews as well as our own testimonials on our site but all replicated in one place for all to see. The team are efficient to work with and want to make the system work hard for you. **What do you dislike about Trustist Reviews?** The only issue we had was with signing up to find that the main function of the star feature on Google wouldn't work with our web software - WIX. It would have been helpful to know this before we signed up but TRUSTist did their best to try and get WIX to develop the software and also reduced our package price. I would like it if we could try again with WIX to see if they will make it work. I would like the brand to be known as well as Trustpilot so perhaps its more trusted and widely used? Not all the alerts come through to my email so we don't always know we have had a new review which means I don't then share it on our social media etc. **Recommendations to others considering Trustist Reviews:** Make sure your web software works with it for the Google star rating service. **What problems is Trustist Reviews solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having independent reviews using something outside our industry. ### 2. We rolled this out to stores and usually would have been asked for 'how to' guides like with most other integrations, but it was more of a 'set up and go'. **What do you dislike about Trustist Reviews?** I don't have a negative experience to report at the time of this review. **Recommendations to others considering Trustist Reviews:** If you're using this to supplement your existing service for your brick and mortar locations like we have it seems like a no brainer. We do use another system for our ecommerce offering, however to take their store based system was expensive, and required a lot of integration, this made it a quick win for us in a very busy period. Development is as simple as dropping the supplied code onto your website. We have made a couple of changes so we display slightly different to the stock system, but if you have any front end development resource at all, this should be simple enough. Reviews can be from almost any device, mobile, tablet, computer. We do this in stores with tablets, and have seen a huge increase in responses because of the quick and easy review process. The customer isn't expected to give too much information, that I think appeals to most users in the day and age, as we've seen previously, not every customer wants to give out any personal information. **What problems is Trustist Reviews solving and how is that benefiting you?** Improving our Google location scores. Since implementing Trustist we've accumulated over 1000 reviews spread across our locations so far. ### 3.
