Customer support can take hours to reply to your message via Whatsapp on Scale subscription and when they transfer you to the technical team expect a reply after 48 hours minimum. Even then, the reply does not address the issues your experincing but confirms their system is working fine neglecting what you asked them to do to check and recreate the issue that is still happening. Great onboarding experience from Charlotte, she really helped with any small detail and there are a lot of features to be explored in there, which are all explained very well. The chat feature is great as well, as this is being used more than with the previous system now.

The fact that helpmates can assist with FAQs and allow representatives to have more time with focusing on more trivial queries. I also like the fact that I can keep a track of reports and agent performance, especially for new staff. Labeling and closing conversations based on category and results is a great bonus. Trengo assists us in supporting customer service; additionally, it is a program with multiple functions because we can manage all communication through one platform. The contact I have with Nickey is excellent. I send an email and get a quick response. She resolves issues by either calling me or assisting me through an online meeting. Customer service is one of those things that is a complete pain if you haven't set it up properly. With Trengo, especially if you take a bit of time to set up their AI, you take away 90% of your workload in this area while simultaneously delighting your customers with fast & effective service. Completely untrustworthy company to do business with. They keep raising their fees without ANY improvements. They say they have AI but you need to upload PDF documents lol.
After their latests insane price hike (not only for new clients but for EXISTING ones as well) they are pricing themselves completely out of the market.
If you need customer support from a customer support platform provider you can wait for days on them as well. The quickest turnaround time we got over the years is 3 days and 80% of the times not helpful at all.
