Since April, we’ve been working with Trengo on a pilot project to integrate a live chat feature into our website, and the experience has been very positive. The collaboration has been smooth and efficient from the start.
Our project lead, Charlotte, has been outstanding. She’s highly knowledgeable about Trengo, always available to answer our questions, and provides tailored advice that fits our business needs. So far, we haven’t encountered any major issues. However, as we continue exploring Trengo’s features, we’re curious to see more advanced functionalities and how they could further benefit our business.
