Tremendous has helped market research studies streamline the incentive distribution process in regards to tracking, minimizing error, and the ease and speed. Our respondents appreciate the quick receipt and various options to redeem their incentive after participation in a study for more than two hours. The Client and Success team at Tremendous has been responsive and knowledgeable about our inquiries and customer support requests. Our projects serve about 150-300 people per research study. The only error that we have faced within the past couple of years include the ease of redeeming the incentive and requests to reissue incentives due to expiration or loss of incentive. It would be nice if the respondent had a second step to claim their incentive. Maybe a monthly reminder for incentives that have not expired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tremendous has an excellent choice of reward options in the UK - prepaid card, gift card (lots of stores, physical and digital) and the option of a charity donation. It's really easy to use - once you've created a reward template, you can re-use it each time you send a reward via the interface. I'd have given Tremendous 10/10 if the initial approval process and top-up approvals were faster. The support team are helpful, but they are based in the US where as I'm based in the UK so things feel like they take a little longer for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a business based in Australia, finding a rewards platform that meets the needs of our members while being simple to use is no small feat. Tremendous stood out immediately as the perfect solution, and it has exceeded our expectations in multiple ways.
The ease of implementation was a highlight—no need for a full-time developer or a deep understanding of complex coding. I was able to set up the platform in under an hour, and since then, we’ve been sending rewards on autopilot daily with minimal manual intervention. The only manual step we’ve kept is approvals, which was a conscious decision on our end.
What’s particularly impressive is the variety of reward options available. Tremendous has an extensive range of partners, covering general lifestyle, utilities, and premium brands, making it ideal for catering to diverse member preferences. For our Australian-based audience, this breadth of choice is invaluable.
The automation aspect has transformed how we operate. Members receive their rewards promptly within seven days of joining, which strengthens engagement and enhances our onboarding experience. This level of efficiency saves us time and ensures our reward program delivers value without adding complexity.
Tremendous’ customer support is another standout feature. Their team has been responsive and proactive, providing clear guidance whenever we’ve had questions. This level of support adds to the confidence we have in the platform.

While Tremendous is excellent overall, there are a few areas where improvements could make it even better.
One limitation is the inability to send rewards directly from our internal CRM. Currently, rewards must be sent through the Tremendous domain, which presents a branding challenge. Having the option to integrate this functionality seamlessly into our existing CRM would enhance the user experience, maintain branding consistency, and allow for better tracking. For example, understanding how users engage with the rewards—whether via email or SMS—and monitoring fulfillment rates would provide valuable insights for optimization.
Another area for improvement is transparency in bulk reward pricing. As we plan to scale our reward program, having more detailed and upfront pricing information would be incredibly helpful for budgeting and planning. This is something we hope to see in future updates as Tremendous continues to evolve.

I first learned about Tremendous through my day job, and it has been very helpful for sending smaller payments. I like that it's secure for users and it removes so much of the work for our team when it comes to collecting banking information. It's very useful, and we've used it for multiple campaigns. I use it at least two days of the week.
On the other hand, I freelance on the side and I have been personally paid via Tremendous for participation in surveys and small freelance jobs. Tremendous is just as easy to use on the receiving side, and it was super easy to redeem my reward into my Venmo account. There are some limited rewards options if you're sending rewards to people in different countries, but I'm hoping Tremendous will expand this as the company grows. It's very easy to use both for us as well as the people we are sending the rewards to. The platform is intuitive, which means we don’t need to spend much time teaching others how to use it. This reduces the amount of effort needed to manage the rewards process, making it a time-saver for our team. Currently, we can only send dollar rewards, we'd like to expand it to different currencies. This would allow us to better accommodate users from the different countries we interview. Tremendous turned out to be an extremely easy platform to use. I was looking for a platform that did not have many requirements, did not have a fixed contract, and did not charge fees or extras, also that could provide its service across the entire world, and finally something that does not require any sort of backend work. I did not know Tremendous existed, but I discovered it thanks to a Google search and other companies. I had some doubts about its use but they offered the possibility to get on a call and explain how the platform worked and we were free to ask all the questions we wanted.
After a month of using Tremendous I can say it is helping us with incentives and bonuses easily by reaching out to people either by email or SMS, depending on our request. Whether it’s a gift card, prepaid card, the recipient is free to choose whatever fits them best.
The platform helps us in a fast and efficient way, we can upload an Excel sheet and send the rewards without needing to do it manually, saving us so much time. It is also useful for teamwork since each can have their own account and manage campaigns individually or even as a group if they need it. Tremendous also provides analytics to monitor the distribution, and to check if the reward was received
The feature I like the most is having the possibility to customize the message as you need. We can adapt the design so that it fits our brand and even adjust the tone of the message depending on the purpose of it.

I run a policy consulting form and we often conduct focus groups and pay participants for their time and expertise. We used to buy physical gift cards at a target oir order them on Amazon, but there is a big surcharge- for example, a $50 gift card cost us $54.99 due to the activatuion fee.
This charge was extensive when we often purchased 50-100 gift cards at a time.
Tremendous allows us to make templates and send gift cards to people without the huge added fee that Visa or other vendors charge to activate physical gift cards! We also love that we can make "campaigne" or templates and have emails get sent easily in a uniform and professional way to recipients. I lead a customer advocacy program and I needed a solution where I could reward customers for different activities. Tremendous has made it very simple to reward customers, especially worldwide. This was a must for our program and Tremendous has delivered on the promise. Our customers love how simple it is to redeem rewards. They especially love that they can donate their reward amount to charities or redeem straight to their Venmo, PayPal, or bank account. Very popular feature. Their API and documentation has been awesome and we have been able to integrate several automations to make gifting simple and easy. I love the integration with Zapier to make new workflows quickly. I also really appreciate how easy the design editor is to make the redemption page look and feel like our brand. The implementation of these features has been strait forward and easy. Customer support has always been quick to solve issues, haven't had any major issue delay us. Its a tool I use everyday and love it!

I was the main driver in my company for picking Tremendous for our reward initiatives. The reason was that I have received several gifts from various companies and the ability to pick from 2000 options was amazing. I hate when it is only an Amazon voucher as a non-US resident as well as many other worldwide clients.
We have used the platform for different purposes. From compensating interview participants to recognizing employees with our LinkedIn employee advocacy program. My overall experience is quite positive. The platform is intuitive, making it easy for anyone on the team to self-onboard in seconds – no need to be tech-savvy.
Setting up process was quick, allowing us to get going right away. It required very little time to setup outside of campaign setups for various initiatives, which in my opinion is not really necessary.
I have not yet interacted with the customer support but I view this as a good thing. It means that the onboarding process is smooth and daily activities are easy to use.
The option to bulk import as a csv many users and send them their rewards is great – saving us time and effort.
My favorite perk is what I mentioned at the start – the ability to pick and choose different rewards and allowing the user to enjoy his prize. I have to say that there are also parts that kind of frustrate me. My main issue is that I cannot just send a one off gifts to people without creating a campaign. Or if it is possible I did not understand how to do it.

I am the Front Office Administrator of a National Hearing Instrument provider and we send out monthly mailers to encourage people to get their hearing tested. Part of my job is to send a Gift Card out to people who come in and get tested. It is so convenient to have the Tremendous website at my fingertips! It is very easy to navigate the steps needed to request the Gift Cards. The majority of our patients are older and the ease in which they can access their digital Gift Cards is greatly appreciated by them and by me! I love that there is the option to send their Gift Cards via email OR text, as different people have different preferences. I even have the option to send a physical Gift Card via mail if needed for a very small processing fee. My employer and I can easily track who has received them on the Tremendous home page. I am also very impressed with their customer service. They are quick to respond and help solve your problem. I had a patient request a physical Gift Card near the holidays last year and I believe with the holidays and the increased mail it got lost because she did not receive it. I simply emailed the support team at clients@tremendous.com and they were able to see it was never activated and canceled that Gift Card request for me. I simply had to request a new one and was even able to have it mailed instead to me at the office on the patients' behalf! The patient received her Gift Card and was very pleased.
