It could use some better user options, for instance, I know what country I'm sending money to, but I often have to check to see what currency code to use to send it, It would be so helpful to be able to pick a country, then the currency, like your lookup tool. Also, it would be very helpful if you remembered my last gift card selection. I'm usually sending in groups, and I have to select the gift card category, then scroll to find the gift card design every time. I wish you had a favorites or the system just remembered my last cards. Also, I have struggled a great deal with importing a list with different currencies to send to. There are several things I really like about Giftogram. It’s super easy to use and there are designs for pretty much any occasion. Being able to customize them with our logo and brand colors has been a big win for us when sending to customers.

I also love how flexible it is. You can send to large groups at once, set up different campaigns, and customize the messages in each campaign, which makes everything feel more intentional. There are 200+ gift card options (including local ones), and the pricing is great with lots of currencies to choose from. Most have minimums as low as $5, and there is a wide range of denominations to choose from or you can even customize the amount as well. Also, there are no hidden fees, even for Visa or Mastercard cards.

I found the setup process a bit complicated, but after our team sent out our first set of Giftograms, it became much easier and we felt more confident using the platform. I have noticed, though, that the email Giftogram sends to recipients can come across as phishing. Because of that, I usually follow up with a separate email to let them know it’s legitimate. From researching other companies what stood out was how fun Giftogram's look - I really like the designs you can add or customize. For the team, I love how they can choose from so many different brands. And from my point of view I like how it cuts down on admin time on having to purchase gift cards from different websites. It can be confusing sometimes when you want to create just a blank Giftogram and you are prompted to choose a campaign. It also has been a little confusing as we have team members in lots of different countries, and we've sent them cards they can't use. Our rep Amanda has always been so helpful at sorting out any issues though! There is no wait time between adding funds and sending a gift card since I can pay for them with our company card. With other virtual gift card services, we had to deposit money and wait a week or so for those funds to be available to use, which creates an inconvenience for our recipients. It would be nice if we could edit the sender email address or somehow prevent the emails from going to spam. Giftogram is incredibly easy to set up and use. I really appreciate the wide selection of card images available, especially since they are neatly organized by category. What I like most about Giftogram is how it removes the uncertainty of choosing which gift cards to send. You simply send the digital gift card, and the recipient gets to pick what they want! I have used other gift services and was always disappointed. As an international organization other services could not send gift cards in non-US currency. This was a particular problem when we sent gift cards to foreign speakers at our conferences. Giftogram solved this problem. It also allowed us to use our credit card for individual purchases.
