"Wide Selection, Clear Interface, and Helpful Customer Service"

What do you like best about Giftogram?

There are so many gift card options to choose from for our students, and they really appreciate that flexibility. The few times in about 6 months of heavily using Giftogram for work that I have had a question for the customer service team, they have also been very prompt and helpful! What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work at a college advising nonprofit that supports first-generation collgee students with a range of needs and we pretty frequently either send gift cards to assist with financial obstacles or incentivize attendance at events. Giftogram has been very user-friendly for our staff to learn, and there are so many helpful options to redeem the funds at for students that they have been appreciative too. "Highly Customizable and User-Friendly Experience"

What do you like best about Giftogram?

The ability to customize the appearance, and also to customize each individual amount and message on a spreadsheet with all of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Giftogram?

This is really nothing negative, only a suggestion for improvement. One feature that would make the process even easier is the ability to upload multiple CSV files for different orders, then “add to cart” and pay for everything in a single transaction rather than having separate charges. "Flexible Gift Card Options Participants Love"

I don't think it's Giftogram's fault, however sometimes participants say the gift card landed in their junk. Thus, they think they didn't think we sent it to begin with which is annoying to troubleshoot, but again may not be a giftogram but more an email issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Giftogram is so easy and convenient to use! We issue Giftogram gift cards to our employees for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions. You can choose the name brand or leave it up to the person receiving the gift card to choose! I'm no longer running to the store at the last minute to buy gift cards. I love how it's super easy to send, and the recipient can choose from lots of stores, making it feel personal yet flexible. Giftogram makes gifting simple because I don't have to go to a store or stick to one brand, and people can pick what they like. The initial setup was really easy to navigate.
