I like that you can set up campaigns and various groups. It allows you to set up different company gifts you send out throughout the year and somewhat automate the process. I also like that you can upload a group of users so you can add your entire company list at one time. I also like that we are assigned an account manager so that when we have issues that we need assistance with, we have a dedicated person to help us to resolve those quickly. There are so many features that I love! We have been using Giftogram for our employee service award program and it's been very well received by our employee population. We started with gifting physical cards, but transitioned to digital cards sent through email. I appreciate that Giftogram provides a wide range of options. The recipient can choose a gift card that they truly want. Additionally, the gift cards can be scheduled for delivery. The ease of access is an excellent feature. Being able to save messages under different headings has been key in quickly processing incentives for the teachers we work with. We frequently use surveys and incentivise those who help us evaluate so it's helpful to be able to process gift cards quickly. I love that it saves names and email addresses too. I love the user-friendliness of the site. Really simple to use. Jacky and Christina on the customer support team are absolutely stellar. They helped my team solve several requests we needed for rescheduling times and also fixing a small tech issue with cards not sending at the right time. But they worked rapidly to resolve this issue.

They also are empathetic humans. I appreciate when it actually feels like we are talking to people and not just AI or AI-like humans. It truly enhances the overall experience. Christina also stayed on over 30 minutes past customer support hours to assist with one last request and we're SO apreciative of it as the giftcards being sent out were timely for our users. My team is SO grateful we were able to get our issues resolved in a speedy manner.

The team went above and beyond to assist with our requests. Will definitely use Giftogram again for future mass purchases like this.
