When I first joined Torch, I really enjoyed the aspect of being asked questions about why I think I would need coaching and what would I expect from coaching, I also like the fact that you get a selection of coaches based on what type of coach you would benefit from, more assertive or more advisory.
I was able to make a really informed decision on my selection of coaches and it really allowed me to understand their experiences, areas of expertise and a little bit more about their qualfications.
For me Torch has been helping me with my personal and career goals. Helping to be much more assertive leader and has given me the tools to be able to reach to this level. The system is easy to use, I have an amazing relationship with my accounts team at Torch, who are amazing, supportive and really do go the extra mile. I truly appreciate all they do for me and for the organistion I work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not found any downsides to using Torch, I think it's an amazing tool and product for any business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that as an admin I can easily see participant engagement and sort data by team, person, meetings had, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI from a participant can be confusing to use especially the onboarding process. There are a lot of steps and it's not always clear which step comes 1st, which is optional, and what is mandatory.
I also have participants in 2 regions and I wish that I could separate the regions out so that i only saw participant data for the US side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The learner is in charge of his/ her learning journey. They get a clear and simple overview of what to accomplish. You want it play-based - there's even a leader board which adds a nice competitive element and will give people additional motivation to come back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The learning seems linear. You complete one step and then you move to the next step. That's barely the case when you learn something new on the job. The dashboards could be a bit more end-user-oriented since end users only see the leader board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The 360 review process was decent, though nothing to write home about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not clear to me what there is to like, honestly. You're better off searching and finding your own coach on your own rather than using Torch. Torch came recommended to me from a fellow founder, and I'm surprised at how poor the experience was. It seems like they merged with a company called Everwise, and perhaps the service has perhaps gone downhill? Not really sure.
Torch essentially signs up you to the platform, then you're own your own. For a service at this price point, I expected more. Someone from a customer success team should reach out to help onboard and check in, but there was almost no follow-through.
The process for matching people with coaches wasn't great. They basically give you four options with very little details on each. And you don't get to meet with coaches to screen them first like you would if you were choosing coaches elsewhere. You sign up with one based on very little information and you're stuck with them, for the most part. In the real world, most coaches will meet with you for free for the first session to help you gauge fit. Not so on Torch.
I'd much preferred to have interviewed 3-4 coaches and then decided to move forward with one of them. Apparently this used to be the case but has since be changed. As it was I picked a coach and that was it - no easy option to try someone else. I also wish each coach had a video on their profile. The coach I spoke to seemed nice, but wasn't a fit for me.
All-round it was a very poor onboarding experience. Quite disappointed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This program has helped map out different employee ideas and put them all in a pool for others to consider. We are teaching our teams how to have a great customer experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With our company, we do not have any downsides to the use of Everwise. It has been the best experience of knowledge we could have asked to use. We hope the program continues to improve and grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the UX design, I logged in the first time, and it was like magic; I never felt like its the first time; every option I wanted was easy to get and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really hope and desire Everwise grows as a company. It has given me so much, and I don't have anything to dislike about Everwise. I wish you the best. It is designed for professional networking, for which it is rarely used. So maybe that can be taken into consideration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everwise has a wide variety of skills and interests to learn, depending on your current career path and tenure. The content does not seem recycled like so much that is posted on other professional social networks available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Because of its exclusivity, I rarely used it for a professional networking space, for which it was partially designed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We really like the mentorship program and the software tools that support the learning pathways for staff Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't really dislike anything about it, other than I wish the learning platform had more comprehensive training in specific skills such as IT, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
