"Torch has been a game changer for our leadership development program"

What do you like best about Torch?

Torch is truly a strategic partner - they help you design a program that gives you a return on your investment. Torch has great coaches who take a tailored approach to providing participants exactly what they need to fill in their performance gaps Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Torch?

Sometimes the platform can be cumbersome, I don't love how it doesn't sync with our other programs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Torch solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Torch for tailored leadership coaching solutions to prepare our highest performing Associate Directors for promotion to Director. Over the course of six months, participants develop key competencies of an effective leader, including effective communication, analytical skills, and the ability to develop oneself and others. At the conclusion of our most recent cohort, 72% of Associate Directors reported improvements in confidence, self-belief, and self-awareness. Additionally, 67% experienced a shift towards a more robust learning and growth mindset. Participants also saw substantial gains in self-awareness and growth mindset, both of which are critical indicators of retention. Our program achieved a perfect 100% retention rate among its participants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Torch?

(1) Pricing that allows us to provide coaching to more employees; helping them to grow. (2) Customer support, (3) Ease of Use, (4) Coach qulity Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Torch?
