Torch has been a great resource for our mid-level leaders in our organization. They are paired with a coach that understands their strengths and areas for improvement to help develop and mentor our team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The reporting isn't as clear as I'd like as an administrator; however there is reporting and I feel like I have line of sight into how our teams are doing without being invasive -- meaning I get line of sight without knowing the details of their coaching, which is the point and what we were looking for. From the moment I logged in, I was impressed by the intuitive interface. The design is clean and user-friendly, making navigation a breeze for coachees.
Flexibility and Customization
What I particularly appreciate is the software’s flexibility. Organizations can customize the platform to align with their specific goals and culture. Whether you’re managing a large cohort program or one-to-one engagements, Torch adapts to your needs.

Torch has provided our organization structure for the mentorship program. It tracks participants, provides guidance to mentors and mentees and the profile matching algorithm is a great addition - making sure participants are paired with the best partner for their mentoring journey. Their team - we love partnering with them! Starting during the sales process, we immediately felt an ease and connection with everyone we met. They go out of their way to ensure we have a good experience and are extremly accomodating. We have regular check-ins, always with the action items followed up on in a timely manner. We've been able to tap into their behavioral science team to get invaluable data, and they're always open to hearing our ideas about product enhancements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Less so my personal dislike, but I've heard from participants that they wish they could "interview" or have short conversations with their coach matches before selecting one, as sometimes it's difficult to get a good idea of a person on paper.
From an admin perspective, my only dislike is the manual work to ensure participants are active through their engagement and completing tasks on time, although this will really vary by company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
