Our customer-facing teams have always worked with very clear "triggers" as to why a lead is sent to them - handraisers, signed up for a trial etc. The biggest challenge we've had with adoption is explaining why Toplyne is surfacing specific product leads to our customer-facing teams.

The turnaround time for setup is very quick. Super smooth onboarding, Toplyne connected and aggregated our data from across our tech stack in no time. My team and I use it on a daily cadence to take informed GTM actions. Biggest unlock for us is the predictive lead scoring which gives us a view of the exact audience (users and accounts) primed for a business outcome.

The team at Toplyne is really helpful and was really supportive during the set up to make the best out of it. It easily integrated into our existing workflows with Hubspot and the way the SDR team would work with the leads.

Toplyne's biggest win for us is that we don't have to invest into an entire data science team to do the work of scoring our internal leads. It sounds simple but truly any other solution would require quite a bit of hours invested to keep running.
