I like the broad range of functionality and logging. It seems to have everything you need to allow clients a wide range of options for uploading and downloading files securely. I also like the fact that it is a packaged product available in the Azure marketplace and is geared toward helping an organization with HIPAA needs. It has been a great solution for us. I really like the Web user interface for the users. It provides a very easy mechanism for them to upload/download files. The Web interface is customizable with our company logo.

Very important to us is the ability to create multiple "Tenants" each with its own login group. That way, we can segregate different groups of clients AND employees.

the Admin interface is a little hard to use, but I'm very much looking forward to the significant improvements in this interface in the next major release coming out in 2020. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
