Timly is intuitive and simple, both in its daily use and in its implementation and administration. Almost all features can be added or removed as required and adapted to the needs of the organisation. Despite the intuitive operation of the software, which in many cases can even be used without lengthy training, it has features that can map and document complex processes and can be easily connected to other systems via the API.

Before Timly, we maintained our tools, vehicles, and other inventories with enormous time investment in endless Excel spreadsheets, which in the end only the creating employee understood. With these Excel spreadsheets as a basis and a few adjustments, the integration of the entire inventory went relatively quickly. We now have the inventory, license assignments, operating and repair costs, or even vehicle consumption in a single tool. With Timly, after the transition, we have saved a tremendous amount of time in management, and with over 100 employees, a lot of tools, computer technology, and vehicles come together. Our wishes and suggestions for the developers always find open ears and are implemented if possible, and if that is not possible, alternatives are shown. For our MDM and the significantly varying user knowledge, it would be easier to also work on mobile devices in an app. Many employees do not find the web version easy, probably because they otherwise have little interaction with computers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Thanks to Timly, the management of our inventory has been simplified, allowing us to save time and work more efficiently. What we like best is that we can involve all employees in the topic of materials. Everyone is responsible for their materials and can incredibly easily and straightforwardly obtain and document materials through Timly. This works great, and on construction sites, data can be accessed on-site, and the exchange of materials can be documented. Nomatter what you want to put into inventory, with Timly it is possible. As SaaS solution the setup, customisation and also integration was a quick win. Also OKTA integration for SSO, user sync and the go live with a region of countries + different entities, all possible. The cloud transformation at its best.
You ever waited for customer support and answers from supplieres? I do this all the time, but not with the Timly team. As we use the solution frequently (as main) for IT, business and special cases like security hardware, contracts and also working tools, I personally think there are no limits. Sure I am waiting for an mobile app but the browser version is fully operational. The team is really transparent and I never have the feeling that the customer is not put in first place.
