We have been using Timly for some time to manage our equipment, tools, and IT assets and are absolutely convinced. The software is clearly structured, easy to use, and saves us a lot of time in our daily routine. We find it particularly practical to be able to directly schedule inspection and maintenance appointments and keep track of them with reminders.
The support is also top-notch – quickly accessible, friendly, and solution-oriented. New features are regularly added, and you can tell that the team is actively working on further developments.

I find the Timly software well thought out and easy to handle. The staff are professional and open to suggestions for improvement. See how Timly improvedWe highly appreciate Timly for its simple and intuitive structure, which still offers a variety of useful functionalities, such as the use of signatures when issuing hardware and precise tracking with receipts. The flexible design and quick basic configuration easily adapt to our needs. Additionally, Timly always provides a current and clear overview of our IT inventory, which significantly facilitates the allocation and tracking of our hardware. The initial setup was extremely easy, which greatly facilitated the transition from our previous Excel and Wiki lists. Particularly noteworthy is the sensational support during onboarding that we experienced - thank you! Before Timly, we had problems tracking our machines and consumables. Now that our inventory is fully recorded, this works significantly better. After a short acclimatization period, even employees who have trouble with technology can operate the software without any issues. During setup and with general questions, the support was always helpful and friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some features that are desired for operational reasons do not (yet) exist in Timly. However, alternative solutions have been found in collaboration with support that have come sufficiently close to the desired outcome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
