What do you like best about Timeero?

Timeero is easy to use, has great customer support and is relatively easy to integrate on it's own into the company business.

The application is continuously being updated with new features and there's an open ended customer request and progress tracker on new features being developped for release which I really enjoy. Most companies are not as transparent or willing to share how their customers would like their product to evolve and grow.

I'm especially thankful for our Timeero account representative's correspondance, friendly and professional interactions so far. Katelyn Haul has so far demonstrated a great ability to listen and take action with our request, providing conversation summaries, action lists and following up on our requests.

Keep it up Timeero! I'd recommend Timeero to other business partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Timeero?

Timeero is a great, easy to use application, but it would appear that it's still in it's development stages. Some configurations and features still aren't developped to the extend that we'd require for the business as a stand alone application.

A basic payroll system for small business would also be a great next step for Timeero, instead of having to rely on unreliable, usually costly/partial connections to third party applications.

There is sometimes buggy and inflexible behaviour, but that's not to say that it's understood that development seems to be taking care of the issues and the support team is providing the required support to allow the client to use the application.

Bonus: It would also be great to be able to use and atleast test the open API without having to change subscriptions. Atleast in a sandbox setting to test the capabilities of the API prior to purchase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Timeero?

Always able to reach someone in cosutumer support and can easily schedule meetings. Was able to attend a free virtual even about CA meal time break laws which was helpful. The website and app is user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some features could be upgraded. Such as running a report for one user on specefic dates not just per week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

By default, or app does allow you to select custom dates, but because your account is linked to our California Break Policy, we limit that feature to avoid confusion and misinformation. What do you like best about Timeero?

I like that it integrates with other software for my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Timeero?

Recurring schedules are difficult to input in their system. They don't allow for appointments that are irregular (i.e. the first Tuesday of the month) so I have to input that as a new appointment each month. This causes more error for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Timeero?

We were searching for a tool that could help our customer understand the territory and route patterns of their sales teams. Timeero paired well with our expectations and open to new feature requests as well. It was the best fit for our goals without a multitude of features we didn't need. Timeero has made daily time clock and mileage tracking incredibly easy, for both employees and managers alike. The California specific settings have been a great help as well for dealing with CA's stringent labor/break laws. Fantastic customer service and support! What do you like best about Timeero?

I was looking for a product that I could easily track mileage of my drivers to compare the cost of travel and pay to how much we were selling on the route. This seemed to be the easiest way to do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
