Honestly the step by step direction on what to look for and how to apply the product to the website. Implementing the product to the website was a breaze. There are a lot of differnt things to choose from designing the product to fit you and your brand. Integration was a simple, especially for someone that is afraid of coding. Tidio is a great platform that integrates well w/ other avenues of customer communication & support channels👍🏼...It is easy to use and understand, allowing additional opportunities to capture current customer needs or prospective consumer interest that is oftentimes lost to everyday busy lives or hectic schedules, when 'traditional communication' may not be the most practical🤔...Tidio provides a solid position from which to maximize the ability to serve your customers 'at their convenience' in a simple & straightforward manner, and on 'their terms' which is a great incentive for customers to utilize this option at their leisure!😎 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As with any and all 'remote communication' there is sometimes a 'communication breakdown' where the message between the customer and support is not quite clear, or there may be something that's 'lost in translation' between the two parties that cannot easily be explained or deciphered in this manner🧐...in these cases, a phone conversation may be more practical, but this scenario is not a criticism of Tidio itself specifically, and it's a typical (and familiar!) frustration experienced w/ any 'remote' communication channel, much like Sms or Txt messages to one another on our cellphones!😵 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While I really enjoy using Tidio, there are a couple of things that could be improved. Sometimes, the notification system can be a bit unreliable, causing me to miss messages if I'm not constantly checking the dashboard. Additionally, the mobile app could use some enhancements to make it as seamless as the desktop version. It occasionally feels a bit clunky and slower. Lastly, having more in-depth analytics and reporting features would be fantastic, as it would help me better understand my customer interactions. There are some great chat widgets out there but beyond a free trial most if not all of the others require a monthly cost that makes it difficult to scale for small businesses. Tidio has a forever free option that lets you setup a chat widget for your website that looks great, performs well and won't break the bank. I found the left panel with settings and configuration a bit confusing.

After struggling using another chat widget, K remember Tidio. I deactivated the other plugin and installed Tidio. Up and running in just a few minutes.
