What do you like best about Tidio?

The range of options and solutions they offer busineses is robust. If you are looking for a solution to your support functions, website visitor interactions, and chat staff, this platform will probably solve many challenges in a simple format. For me, I am still learning the software, but so far I am blown away by the scope of what it can do and solve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

At this point, I am not able to identify negatives with the platform. I have been impressed with the options, the fair pricing and extraordinary customer service who by the way is not intrusive or pushy with the sales pitch. They are confident yet not eager and that has been one thing that stands out as a positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Capturing the exact moment a customer is on the website and may have questions. The chatbot helps to get information to a customer fast so they can come to a buying decision quickly. This benefits our business by getting the information the customer wants and needs to them in real time and we can continue about our tasks while the AI support can take care of the customer.
