The interface is clean and relatively easy to use. If you're a startup with one or two people, it's cost effective (or at least it was). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm updating to 6/10, as they refunded me for unused service and it was a good full-featured entry level chat platform. They didn't technically have to do that, but they did and that does carry some weight! It did take escalating it all the way up to head of customer service, but they did what they said they would do.

Not a good company. Used them for my business for 3 or 4 years. They quadrupled their price in a short period of time recently, came out with a terrible AI tool (Lyro), can't use their API unless you are on Tidio+ ($500/mo), platform is unable to capture the initial landing url, and they won't refund you for unused months when you want to stop using their service. They said it was in their terms (which it is), but that doesn't mean they can't refund you, they just won't. Their platform is also NOT SCALABLE at all. If you have a few users (say 3-5) and you want to add a few more, you essentially have to make a huge price jump to another tier, which is ridiculous.

The range of options and solutions they offer busineses is robust. If you are looking for a solution to your support functions, website visitor interactions, and chat staff, this platform will probably solve many challenges in a simple format. At this point, I am not able to identify negatives with the platform. I have been impressed with the options, the fair pricing and extraordinary customer service who by the way is not intrusive or pushy with the sales pitch.
