While I have had a largely positive experience with Tidio LiveChat, there are a few areas that could be improved. One aspect I found a bit limiting is the pricing structure; some features are only available in the higher-tier plans, which may not be feasible for smaller businesses. The flows are very adaptable and after a bit of experimenting, I prefered the ones that I created over the templates available in Tidio. I got the chatbot working fairly quickly and have been tinkering with the flows trying to improve the customer experience and lead gathering capability. There are useful videos on youtube that are helpful. Tidio academy is useful although I usually try to do things myself and only when I find that I am struggling do I use the resources available. The Lyro chatbot answers queries amazingly well and is quite impressive. I’ve used a chat service on my website for years, but I recently started looking for a vendor with AI-enabled chat capabilities. After trying three different trials, Tidio was by far the best.
I’m not the most technically minded, so integrating it with my Wix website was a concern. However, I started setting it up at 10 PM on a Tuesday night, ran into a few issues, and was amazed to be connected to a live assistant within minutes. They guided me through everything, and I was fully set up and live within half an hour.
The Tidio app was easy to set up on my phone, and the live assistant even helped me configure alert preferences and fix bits I’d overlooked. Their support was fantastic, and the whole process was far smoother than I expected.
I initially wanted to stick with my existing vendor (Zendesk), but their AI offering wasn’t nearly as good or as user-friendly as Tidio’s. I can’t recommend Tidio enough—it’s a game-changer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
none so far, I couldnt do the full istall myself but I'm a 46 year old guy and I got most of the way there! Not a criticism though as the live support helped me through before I got anywhere near to losing patience (which happened multiple times with other vendors!). Tidio is very easy to operate even a child with very less knowledge can implement it on theie website, The best part it that it trains automatically, its Lyro AI handles most of support itselves and if AI is not able to handle, user also have an option to talk to a person directly. I like how easy it is to use. Setting up the chatbot took hardly any time, and it works perfectly for answering customer queries. The live chat feature is quick, and I get instant notifications when someone messages. The best part is it looks professional but is simple enough to manage without much tech knowledge. Some features, especially advanced ones, are a bit confusing without proper guides or tutorials. Also, if you want to add more operators or use premium features, the plans feel a little pricey for small businesses. I think the free plan could be a bit clearer about its limits too. The Tidio app is an excellent way to turn visitors into viable lead. The notifications promptly display when any visitors are on your site so you can either be prepared for potential questions OR reach out yourself. If you're unavailable when someone visits your site, there's a convenient form for them to fill out if they'd like more information. Tidio allows me to consolidate all of my conversations in one place! from emails, to Instagram and whatsapp conversations, accessing everything from one streamlined dashboard is such a game changer!!!

Tidio's pricing model is a bit expensive for my needs, so I would appreciate the implementation of a pay as you go model. This would me accommodate to seasons of low work and help me get started smoothly.
Moreover, having the option to further customize Lyro AI assistant would be a great benefit. I would benefit greatly from having the option to rename Lyro to any name of my choice that matches my brand. The prices are a bit too extreme, and some redditors suggested subscribing to the open ai model directly and creating a chatbot through there may provide a cheap alternative. lyro should optimize its prices for the forthcoming AI wave, especially with the much cheaper and free open source Chinese offerings which are starting to show up!! Initially we needed a way to be able to communicate with our customers in a fluid way and to be able to manage it and thanks to Tidio this was possible. We can monitor the interest of our customers and answer their questions quickly. The most interesting thing is that we can create different team members and keep a count of the assigned chats.
