What do you like best about Tidio?

What do you like best about Tidio?

The flows are very adaptable and after a bit of experimenting, I prefered the ones that I created over the templates available in Tidio. I got the chatbot working fairly quickly and have been tinkering with the flows trying to improve the customer experience and lead gathering capability. There are useful videos on youtube that are helpful. Tidio academy is useful although I usually try to do things myself and only when I find that I am struggling do I use the resources available. The Lyro chatbot answers queries amazingly well and is quite impressive. Adding information into the chatbot system is quite easy and it understands the info really well and provides well tailored answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

It takes quite a bit of time to get proficient at using the many options available. I found that some of the features that I thought were standard only come with a paid upgrade. What do you like best about Tidio?

I am having a blogging site with a number of blog posts from different authors. The content is spread across the site. Using the AI chatbot, it allows the visitors to type in their queries and the results are displayed in summary. If more details are requied, then the visitor can using the link at the end of the chat and take the vistor to the actual post in the site. What do you like best about Tidio?

I’ve used a chat service on my website for years, but I recently started looking for a vendor with AI-enabled chat capabilities. After trying three different trials, Tidio was by far the best.

I’m not the most technically minded, so integrating it with my Wix website was a concern. However, I started setting it up at 10 PM on a Tuesday night, ran into a few issues, and was amazed to be connected to a live assistant within minutes. They guided me through everything, and I was fully set up and live within half an hour.

The Tidio app was easy to set up on my phone, and the live assistant even helped me configure alert preferences and fix bits I’d overlooked. Their support was fantastic, and the whole process was far smoother than I expected.

I initially wanted to stick with my existing vendor (Zendesk), but their AI offering wasn’t nearly as good or as user-friendly as Tidio’s. I can’t recommend Tidio enough—it’s a game-changer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

none so far, I couldnt do the full istall myself but I'm a 46 year old guy and I got most of the way there! Not a criticism though as the live support helped me through before I got anywhere near to losing patience (which happened multiple times with other vendors!). Tidio makes it super easy to offer quick, AI-powered support on my website, and I love how it seamlessly hands over to me when needed. It’s been great for keeping my customers happy and engaged. What do you like best about Tidio?

My customers can now contact me far easier then first. It's also great that they chose to add a free plan. To me, the app is perfect for my business, and helps me connect and communicate with my clients, and help them when i'm not there using the AI bot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To me, there are no official downsides other then the free plan being a bit restrictive, but i expected that already. When i scale up my business i will gladly make use of their other plans to further grow and be able to help my customers to the fullest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tidio is helping me solve a long-term problem. I have been struggling to connect with my clients fast and easy. The only reliable means of communications were email, or sms. This, though, was not fast enough and scared some clients away. Tidio was a real game changer when i first heard of it. I like how easy it is to use. Setting up the chatbot took hardly any time, and it works perfectly for answering customer queries. The live chat feature is quick, and I get instant notifications when someone messages. The best part is it looks professional but is simple enough to manage without much tech knowledge. Some features, especially advanced ones, are a bit confusing without proper guides or tutorials. Also, if you want to add more operators or use premium features, the plans feel a little pricey for small businesses. I think the free plan could be a bit clearer about its limits too. What do you like best about Tidio?

The Tidio app is an excellent way to turn visitors into viable lead. The notifications promptly display when any visitors are on your site so you can either be prepared for potential questions OR reach out yourself. If you're unavailable when someone visits your site, there's a convenient form for them to fill out if they'd like more information. What do you like best about Tidio?

Tidio allows me to consolidate all of my conversations in one place! from emails, to Instagram and whatsapp conversations, accessing everything from one streamlined dashboard is such a game changer!!!

i am especially fond of the live chat feature and the tydio AI assistant. I love having an agent that can help clients with their queries instantaneously and without any hassle from my employees!!!

I love how easy it was to integrate Tidio on my Wordpress website, but I hope to have the option to modify certain functions and settings from the Wordpress dashboard directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

Tidio's pricing model is a bit expensive for my needs, so I would appreciate the implementation of a pay as you go model. This would me accommodate to seasons of low work and help me get started smoothly.

Moreover, having the option to further customize Lyro AI assistant would be a great benefit. I would benefit greatly from having the option to rename Lyro to any name of my choice that matches my brand. The prices are a bit too extreme, and some redditors suggested subscribing to the open ai model directly and creating a chatbot through there may provide a cheap alternative. lyro should optimize its prices for the forthcoming AI wave, especially with the much cheaper and free open source Chinese offerings which are starting to show up!! What do you like best about Tidio?

Initially we needed a way to be able to communicate with our customers in a fluid way and to be able to manage it and thanks to Tidio this was possible. We can monitor the interest of our customers and answer their questions quickly. The most interesting thing is that we can create different team members and keep a count of the assigned chats.
