Thinkific Plus Reviews & Product Details

Well, I'll attribute it to the exciting feature of the Thinkific extension that's present in the Plus LMS. Especially the Learning Path feature, it really made it very easy for me to build different course modules into a single bundle and making each course module a prerequisite to the next one before a learner is able to acquire certificate. And i found myself frequently using this feature to build more course bundles with ease. It's really the ease of implementation for me.

Big ups to the Thinkific Team for thinking out of the box to come up with this fantastic solution.

And you're also doing well in terms of customer support efforts, because the support staffs are usually just an email away. I remember when I strugling to add some file types to my course, then I reach out and the support I got was topnortch. It's also the ease of integration of different file types into the courses. Thinkific plus provides organisation's with flexibility and scalability, Multi-site administration is excellent for expansion and the customization choice make branding simple. Although thinkific plus is excellent small businesses cannot afford its little over prices. Better analytics are possible and coding expertise is required for design customisation. Workaround are necessary for some integrations which can be inconvenient Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer support is incredibly helpful. While the platform itself is very easy to use, whenever we dream up something that is not a common use within Thinkific the support team is always there to help us find a solution. Every person we have encountered is willing to help or seek out a solution from someone else on their team. While being a Plus customer, we have seen many improvements. But we would love to see the course player function more natively in a mobile browser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the way the backoffice is organized. We work for a lot of different clients with their own look & feel and needs. We also work with multiple team members in the same backoffice, a clear process is needed here. Luckily thinkific made it easy to group all the related assets to a certain client via the 'category' option. Building courses in this tool feels very intuitive by simply using the courses & their learning activities. I feel like there are enough learning activities for us to do the job. We mostly use the text, download & video lesson. Launching modules goes via the drip schedule which makes launching modules automatic from now on.

Thinkific also has a nice e- commerce feature. It makes it easy to sell the courses & the login creation.

This LMS system was easy to learn, even for our non-digital colleauges. It is helpful that you can assign certain roles to users. We have different teams working in Thinkific. Based on the tasks they have to do, we give them a certain role in Thinkific. In the beginning there was a learning curve. Header & footer are domain based, which is a bit unhandy for us since we build platforms for different clients. But ok, not a big deal, there are other ways to customize your platform.

We have some specific cases when adding certain role to users (for example externals who want to check a course that is not ready yet). We miss some AI features.

There is not much data you can track: f.e: how many time did a participant spend on this page, when do they usually log in? I feel like the 'analysis' part can still improve.

Thinkific has everything you need in a Learning Management System or Learning Business Solution. It has tools and integrations for small or enterprise businesses.

While Thinkbifte Plus is fantastic overall, there are a few minor quirks. For example, some of the more advanced features can feel a bit overwhelming at first, and it took us some time to fully explore and utilize them. Additionally, while the customer support is great, there were a couple of instances where response times were slower than expected during peak hours. Brittany and the team at Thinkific have created a great product that easily outperforms competitors in every measurable metric. From customer experience to feature and willingness to help, Thinkific has made my life so much easier, especially as I am coming from Teachable which was a nightmare to work with. The user management is only on the reporting level, and not on the assignment level.

Some of the features are not native to the platform, rather integrations with other tools, making it feel a little piecemeal sometimes. The level of customer support we have received is unmatched! We are currently migrating from an old LMS and integrating with Thinkific - they have been there for us every step of the way! I cannot speak more highly about their wonderful team of professionals who have make us feel confident and at ease with our decision to switch over. Thinkific Plus has been a great LMS and provides our students with a modernized user interface. Our clientele is made up of students who may have anxiety about their coursework. Using Thinkific allows our students to focus on their actual coursework rather than have any concerns about technical issues. We routinely receive positive feedback from students that our platform is "easy to use." We upgraded to Plus and have appreciated the improved customer service we receive as a result.
