
I appreciate how LearnWorlds acts as a vehicle we use to get our training message across effectively. It's been good for us in developing a community where we interact as like-minded professionals. We get email prompts about enrollments, which is a wonderful experience, allowing us to welcome new people with ease. The hands-off experience lets me focus on chemistry, removing the technical hassle of enrolling people. I've also sensed it's giving us credibility because we don't face technical issues, and when there is an issue, the support team resolves it quickly, which I value. I'm thrilled with how the course structures can be set up in modules, allowing people to interact and ask questions. Their platform also enables inserting quizzes and issuing certificates, giving learners a sense of achievement, which I value as a trainer. We struggled a little bit in setting up the process, especially in transitioning from another job into doing this full-time. However, most difficulties were resolved by reading blogs and attending webinars. I'm currently struggling with payment gateways because Stripe is not active in my region and people don't necessarily use PayPal. I'm trying to find another integration that is more suited to our region, like a mobile money integration. If I were to mention a struggle, it would have to be on the payment gateways.
