I like how customizable Thinkific is. It's really helpful that it's kind of like a blank canvas where I can add my own graphic header and the questions I like. Thinkific has been really helpful as a space to make a creative learning process with a landing page where people can opt in when they want and go through the curriculum at their own pace. It has been great to use Thinkific as a centralized learning platform because it saves a lot of coaching calls and face-to-face meetings. I would like there to be a way to add better headings. For all my headers, I've had to use a different application to create a graphic image that I then import myself, rather than having a place that creates a branded template on top of every page. I built my whole homepage there, my landing pages and of course the courses we offer. Now we can also offer products, that´s a nice extra too.

I really really love that I can host my videos directly on the platform, without a limit, it makes things so much easier.

The community option is very interesting too. We´re not using it yet, but definitely will in the future.

Well, I have to say this might not apply to everyone.

But I’m happy to share my experience: since I’m in Indonesia and most of the help center agents are in the USA, I need to adjust to their time zone and wait for responses during their office hours. Aside from helping me create my online self-care school for busy people, I love that they're always adding new tools, updating with AI options, and providing very practical features to retain my audience, like having my own app, or improving communities, which are now like our own social network...

Since my online school is designed as a large video library, like a "self-care Netflix," I initially didn't know how to design that experience for the consumer, as Thinkific has a different design for courses.

But I eventually found practical ways to create video galleries by topic, and my students are thrilled.
