The inclusion of TestBox certainly has given us (Assignar) a leg up during the sales process. There is not much to dislike about the system. I like to ensure that I'm on the initial call to ensure that the invitation email does not get caught in spam/junk mail filters, and it is important to 'draw the line' between the TestBox UI and the Assignar UI. We are discouraged from editing the testbox account (creating new numbers, editing call flows, etc.). It would be great to be able to do all of this and have the account automatically delete any changes as to show how it works practically to clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
