It is still a nice way of getting started with the service that can be complex and overwhelming for a fresh users. Guided path makes it easier and quicker.

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

Lack of latest products features and capabilities makes it a bit outdated versus the full version.

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned before, for new users with no experience with ZD it is just easier way to understand the system logic, features, most useful tools, etc. Guided mode plus mock data helps to see the ZD benefits quicker. Thanks to this prospects have less questions about basisc and hopefully will be more open to a sales conversation.

The Testbox demo environment for QuickBooks Online (QBO) has been an invaluable tool in our client engagements. Being able to walk customers through a live, hands-on version of the product allows them to see how QBO works in real scenarios, rather than just hearing about its features in theory.

Clients can explore the interface, test workflows, and get a true sense of how the platform will support their day-to-day business operations. This transparency not only makes demonstrations more engaging but also gives clients the confidence that QBO is intuitive, reliable, and tailored to their needs.

While the QBO Testbox demo environment is an extremely useful tool for showcasing QuickBooks Online to clients, there are a few challenges worth noting. Occasionally, the environment can be unstable, with crashes or unexpected bugs disrupting the flow of a demonstration. These issues, while infrequent, can be distracting and may cause clients to lose focus on the product’s real strengths.

**What do you like best about TestBox?**

I've never had to research how to use it. Never gone to a help page or looked up a FAQ. It just works, and at the end of the day that what I want the most: do what it's designed to do. I use this on a daily basis and it hasn't let me down. I also like that the original implementation went well because a TestBox employee walked our team through it and made himself available for further assistance.

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

I haven't discovered any that are significant. At our company we run it in a separate Chrome instance, so maybe one day that won't be needed, but that's a small inconvenience.

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demoing software to clients. It makes it easy to show our platform on Zoom meetings.

TestBox enables our organization and team to automate manual processes and scale end-user experiences with our platform. The UI is intuitive and easy to use for our less technical teams and customers.  While we are still deploying, I expect our growing sales organization to use Testbox in every meeting with prospects and fre up time of our Solution Engineering teams.

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

Our platform is complex, our data model extremely detailed.  To that end, implementation has been tough, however to the benefit of the TestBox team, their support and guidance has been steadfast and dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for us.

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating and scaling the demo creation process.  Scaling out platform demos to our growing sales and customer success teams. Scaling and automating our POC process, taking the process from weeks to minutes.

- The product does EXACTLY what the sales team said it was going to do (which is so refreshing as a first time buyer). It genuinely makes our demo story better, and makes it so easy for our reps to run trials with prospective customers.

-The service/support. Any time I have an issue, new request, question etc. our dedicated Solutions Eng. responds on slack immediately, and ensures he addresses my comment ASAP. He truly cares about making sure we're getting the most out of Testbox.

-Implementation took a bit more work from our Dev team than I expected BUT it was 100% worth it

**What do you like best about TestBox?**

I like that testbox makes it easy for users to access demo sites from any location while eliminating the need for complex user management and bespoke demo account creation. They make it easy to roll out new industry verticals and are very responsive to internal needs.

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

I wish that there was an easier way to reset data in the demo site to a golden image. We find that the demo is great but can suffer from entropy as more and more users manipulate the features and data sets.

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables us to provide fully functional demos to prospective customers without having to standup an internal team to support such an effort. It benefits me directly as a sales engineer because I can more easily show value to my customers and progress opportunities with agility.

TestBox has been a game-changer for our demos and driving business growth. What stands out the most is it has shifted our approach from feature demonstrations to the art of storytelling. 

TestBox has empowered our reps to craft more compelling narratives that not only showcase our product's capabilities but also resonate more deeply with their pain points and/or needs.

Testbox has also free'd up internal resources that used to be dedicated to maintaining demo environments.

The team at Testbox have all been wonderful to work with as well and made sure that implementation was a success.

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

Testbox's demo specific functionality doesn't have robust analytics. I hope in the future that they improve this area of the platform so that we could more clearly see how folks are interacting with the demo enviorment, not just login info.

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TestBox solves several pain points we've faced in our demo experiences, benefiting us in multiple ways:

Enhanced Visual Experience: Clients were unimpressed by our demo enviorment and the visuals were not pleasing on every page. TestBox provides a beautiful demo instance that captivates clients.
Confident Demo Presentations: Reps previously struggled to showcase every Apollo feature, leading to lost deals. TestBox enables confident, comprehensive demos, boosting win rates.
Efficient Demo Management: Reps wasted time switching between demo and live instances. TestBox offers an already set-up, always-updated demo, saving reps valuable time.

I will say, TestBox can only go so far. You may need to make changes to your own platform to ensure everything can operate smoothly between the two.

It allows me to get in and try utilizing features and workflows without messing anything up. The ability to be able to get in there and practice before meetings with actual clients is essential to my success, and TestBox makes this possible.

Can't really think of any dislikes other than sometimes it is down for updates/fixes, etc.

**What do you like best about TestBox?**

One of the best things about TestBox is how they help standardize the demo framework. TestBox has been a huge help in the way they present a super clean UI / environment and equally important, having real usage / statistics built in. There's way less scrambling which leads to more productive dialogue + qualification throughout.

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

Not much to chose from! The only thing is there have been some limitations when showing native integrations built into our offering. it's an easy fix to switch to our production instance, but always better to stay within one screen.

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With our old demo environment, I'd have to spend anywhere between 30-60 minutes prepping specific use-cases, etc. clients request. With TestBox, they worked closely with our team to pre-build the most valuable / common demo-flows, all presented in an easy to navigate format / UI. Huge time-saver and also has me covered when a client brings up a new idea that wasn't communciated ahead of time.

Testbox maintains a complete demo account with the relevant data to improve the demo experience. There isn't time wasted on explaining away why there isn't demo data, instead I am able to tell a story of my solution.

Testbox has a specific login process through a separate Google Chrome profile for me which forces me to manage my work on multiple browsers.

**What do you like best about TestBox?**

Testbox is super helpful for making the environment available to Sales persons with data filled in that visually looks sufficient for showing someone around the product to show potential customers how the experience will look. Login was relatively straightforward, and the team was always very supportive and responsive to login difficulties to solve those.

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

However, in the case of a technical accounting product, some of the data that was filled in doesn't make sense -- the company story they wove together has inconsistencies, such as the amount of transactions and $$ not aligning to the size of the Company on the overall dashboards and reports, and the way some of the reports were populated.

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Populating with data -- saves a lot of time to not have to generate a ton of transactions, create new customers. Also makes it available widely to many sales persons in a way that our internal admin tool for setting up a mock Product environment cannot do.

It allows the sellers to have velocity in their sales process to drive high end demo conversations quicker

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

Not all features and functionality are available within testbox. So there are a couple instances where you have to have the other demo tool open so you can showcase different things. 
There's also a lot of areas to click into to showcase how things work, some are more set up than other (project status, cost, forecast., etc) It'd be nice to have an indicator as to which account/project we should be clicking to showcase

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speeding up the sales cycle. Allows us to get deals across the line quicker

There are some features, functionality and reporting that are not currently available in test box.  For these scenarios, we must rely on a sales engingeer who has access to the actual product.

Our Sales Engineering team is spread thin and booking Demos can sometimes take 2-3 weeks.  Time kills deals! Having the ability jump into a testbox demo environment allows us to showcase the product while the customer is still interested. When an deep demo of the product is not needed, a test box product has helped us close deals.

TestBox offers us the ability to demonstrate our company's software without putting us at any security risk. I've had previous companies that required internal demo accounts that would get very cluttered and cumbersome with hundreds of users accessing them. TestBox has assured a streamlined process for keeping our accounts clean with real data that stays up to date for accurate demonstrations.

**What do you like best about TestBox?**

We have had a few goes internally tyring to build our own light version trial of our own product for our prospects and it has failed every time. Testbox has been great for our sales team because we can give our prospects a feel for what the product is going to look like with their data and workflows. We can highlight certain things we feel like they need to see and also get good insights into what they spend time focusing on. It was very fast to deploy internally. Sam and the team set out a timeframe and followed it very closely. Added bonus that it integrates nicely with Salesforce.

Its easy to use both internally and externally. Like any software you have things you want added or improved but the Testbox team have been great partners to work with and we look forward to working with them for years to come.

**What do you like best about TestBox?**

We've been using TestBox at our organization for just under a year and it's one of our favorite pieces of tech we have in our tech stack. Previously, we had an internal demo environment that had poor data, missing information, was very unstable, and didn't stay up to date with product changes. 

Now with TestBox, we are able to have custom and vertical specific demo environments that are pre-populated and every evolving with fresh clean data.  We've never had an errors or downtime and the team has exactly what they need in order to show impact to our customers. Since we launched with TestBox, we have done minimal if ANY work to keep the environments up and running. Since it's built on our existing product, any changes we make automatically hits our environments. 

I can't imagine not using TestBox - if you're considering them, just do it! Your future self and your team will thank you later.

We have had no concerns with TestBox. The product is great and so is their team. Anytime we've given feedback or asked them to make changes to our environments, they have and they've done so quickly.

TestBox has been one of the most reliable and responsive vendors I've worked with. Not only have they delivered on the items that they promised so far, they are also quick to respond and flexible when it comes to change requests and requirements.

TestBox offers some unique solutions to our problems but their solution is still relatively new. There are a lot of powerful features that are coming but not everything is fully built out yet. Expect constant updates (which is a good thing) and to be part of their design process.

We have a ton of data challenges when it comes to demoing our product. Because our product requires a ton of data to trigger the right AI responses, it has been very challenging to have a demo environment that is relialbe, constant and keeps up to date with all our feature releases. As a marketing attribution platform, showcasing the data the we capture and provide to our clients is instumental in selling the value of our product. We searched for a long time for a demo solution for our Sales team to use but nothing was able to provide the detail and flexibility that we needed. We also tried setting something up internally, but it was very resource intensive and difficult to maintain by our product and engineering teams.

TestBox fits our needs perfectly. It helps populate our demo environment with customized data that's incredibly realistic so our prospects can actually visualize the impact of our solution. The team is a pleasure to work with and super responsive. The inclusion of TestBox certainly has given us (Assignar) a leg up during the sales process.  TestBox provides a quick and simple way to access the software without the need to complete an implementation for each prospect company.  The Insights metrics allow us to monitor activity and usage so that we can ensure that prospect companies are serious about moving forward with the purchase of our software.  Furthermore, the TestBox support by our CSM has been excellent across the board!

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

There is not much to dislike about the system.  I like to ensure that I'm on the initial call to ensure that the invitation email does not get caught in spam/junk mail filters, and it is important to 'draw the line' between the TestBox UI and the Assignar UI.

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TestBox has truly helped provide a meaningful hands-on experience for prospect companies who want to test out Assignar prior ro making the purchase.  The concept of a test environment and hands-on capabilities are not common within the construction field operations software space, so this has given us quite the advantage for certain accounts toward end of the sales process.

Having a reliable demo instance was a core issue for us for years, and Testbox is the only demo solution that truly provides a scalable solution. It's not a skin that sits on top of our instance that requires tons of manual configuration and constant updating. Instead they have truly replicated our product experience and created a version of it that is static but up to date and reliable. Their product and implementation support has been incredible and TestBox is easy to use for every customer facing role in Gong - from SE, to AE. We are big fans!
