TestBox Pros and Cons

We've been using TestBox at our organization for just under a year and it's one of our favorite pieces of tech we have in our tech stack. Previously, we had an internal demo environment that had poor data, missing information, was very unstable, and didn't stay up to date with product changes.

Now with TestBox, we are able to have custom and vertical specific demo environments that are pre-populated and every evolving with fresh clean data. We've never had an errors or downtime and the team has exactly what they need in order to show impact to our customers. Since we launched with TestBox, we have done minimal if ANY work to keep the environments up and running. Since it's built on our existing product, any changes we make automatically hits our environments.

As a marketing attribution platform, showcasing the data the we capture and provide to our clients is instumental in selling the value of our product. We searched for a long time for a demo solution for our Sales team to use but nothing was able to provide the detail and flexibility that we needed. We also tried setting something up internally, but it was very resource intensive and difficult to maintain by our product and engineering teams.

it seems there is a gap in being able to make edits in our test environment and not having the sandbox refresh every night so that changes are removed/overwritten but i'm not from the implementation team so wouldn't really know the issue/limitation there Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like using Testbox so my customers can have a easy trial experience and I can have additional analytics into their trial that I wouldn't normally have. As their AE, this then helps me drive conversation and success in the trial. Thus leading me to close. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's really helpful to have a tool that feeds our demo instance with "real" insights, that can change or be added, and allow us to show all the features as if a real person were actively using that account, and not just an instance with empty or not real data.
