Testbox is super helpful for making the environment available to Sales persons with data filled in that visually looks sufficient for showing someone around the product to show potential customers how the experience will look. However, in the case of a technical accounting product, some of the data that was filled in doesn't make sense -- the company story they wove together has inconsistencies, such as the amount of transactions and $$ not aligning to the size of the Company on the overall dashboards and reports, and the way some of the reports were populated. One of the best things about TestBox is how they help standardize the demo framework. TestBox has been a huge help in the way they present a super clean UI / environment and equally important, having real usage / statistics built in. Not all features and functionality are available within testbox. So there are a couple instances where you have to have the other demo tool open so you can showcase different things.

TestBox offers us the ability to demonstrate our company's software without putting us at any security risk. I've had previous companies that required internal demo accounts that would get very cluttered and cumbersome with hundreds of users accessing them. We have had a few goes internally tyring to build our own light version trial of our own product for our prospects and it has failed every time. Testbox has been great for our sales team because we can give our prospects a feel for what the product is going to look like with their data and workflows. We can highlight certain things we feel like they need to see and also get good insights into what they spend time focusing on. It was very fast to deploy internally. We've been using TestBox at our organization for just under a year and it's one of our favorite pieces of tech we have in our tech stack. Previously, we had an internal demo environment that had poor data, missing information, was very unstable, and didn't stay up to date with product changes.
Now with TestBox, we are able to have custom and vertical specific demo environments that are pre-populated and every evolving with fresh clean data. We've never had an errors or downtime and the team has exactly what they need in order to show impact to our customers. Since we launched with TestBox, we have done minimal if ANY work to keep the environments up and running. Since it's built on our existing product, any changes we make automatically hits our environments.
