What do you like best about Tenfold?

If the caller has recently contacted us via website and has entered all their information, we upload a csv to place them into salesforce. When a call comes in, almost immediately the tenfold pop out screen appears with the person's information.

Easy to use and can enter notes directly from pop out screen.

Nice to know if someone truly called a client. Proof is in the tenfold. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tenfold?

At time old numbers or the previous call appears on the screen. Sometimes it may get glitchy. Not many issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tenfold?

I like the in depth analysis on call performance above all. You can check with details your implication from day to day which allows you to create a very useful summary to approach and optimize future calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no ability to customize the popup. It is stuck in one place (bottom right) and can't be moved Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tenfold?

I make at least a hundred calls a day and Tenfold helps me seamlessly chart information from each and everyone and loads all the call information into our company CRM (Sugar) without any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tenfold?

From time to time (maybe once a week), I will run into a glitch that will pull up calls from days ago. The glitch, whatever it may be, is usually momentary. Note: this problem was just solved with an update recently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tenfold?

I like that I never have to think about it- it just works. It records my time on the phone and the notes from my conversation and pushes it all to SFDC. The Tenfold team is also super responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tenfold?

Sometimes the refresh on it is a little slow. I'll call someone and it'll still have my previous conversation/contact up for a second. Not really a critical issue but some mornings before my coffee I'll have a panic attack when I think I'm accidentally calling the wrong contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tenfold?

I have loved that Tenfold automatically pulls up the record based on the phone call. All I have to do is type in my call notes and click save, Tenfold does the rest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tenfold?

The only thing that I can think of, is that the pop out box seems to stick a little after I've saved a record. I've communicated this with Tenfold and they are working to see if it is something with our system or something on the back end they can address Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tenfold?

Click-to-dial feature works very reliably and integrates well with our CRM, Salesforce. Tool also identifies phone numbers from other sources and allows easy click-to-dial functionality across several platforms. Call notes integrate well with CRM, and Tenfold's website allows us to track calls daily on a user-by-user basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tenfold?

The Tenfold dashboard provides an excellent real time view of my sales team's production by hour and connection percentage, both at a high level and granular views. My team enjoys the Dashboard's lighthearted terms for high performers (Overclocker= most phone time, Good Sumaritan = most call notes) and it encourages healthy competition.

Tenfold's customer service is fast and effective. They are consistently improving the product are great at implimenting fixes based on feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
