If the caller has recently contacted us via website and has entered all their information, we upload a csv to place them into salesforce. When a call comes in, almost immediately the tenfold pop out screen appears with the person's information.
Easy to use and can enter notes directly from pop out screen.

Sometimes the refresh on it is a little slow. I'll call someone and it'll still have my previous conversation/contact up for a second. Click-to-dial feature works very reliably and integrates well with our CRM, Salesforce. Tool also identifies phone numbers from other sources and allows easy click-to-dial functionality across several platforms. Call notes integrate well with CRM, and Tenfold's website allows us to track calls daily on a user-by-user basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Tenfold dashboard provides an excellent real time view of my sales team's production by hour and connection percentage, both at a high level and granular views. My team enjoys the Dashboard's lighthearted terms for high performers (Overclocker= most phone time, Good Sumaritan = most call notes) and it encourages healthy competition.
Tenfold's customer service is fast and effective. They are consistently improving the product are great at implimenting fixes based on feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
