The built-in file transfer feature is a big plus, eliminating the need for third party tools, and the session management is well integrated, making it a dependable tool for day to day remote support and system access. These features help me start support sessions quickly, even with non technical users, and secure connections ensure troubleshooting can be completed without frequent interruptions.
