The support is unravelled, they do everything to make you like easy every step of the way, brand new or coming from another company they got you.
There are things that you can do but all that matters is how to make it work for you the staff make sure you get full use out of everything.
It makes it easier to take payment, freeze memberships and sell products if you have them to sell to your members.
and the best part is there always developing new things most importantly we are always welcome to give feedback so they can make the software better.
For me, the only downside is that Teamup doesn't have an app that we as coaches use and manage from but everything works amazingly on my phone when am not at the computer so am happy that my members get the app regardless of whether we don't.
I use the app weekly just to keep on top of things but sometimes time won't for a whole month because once you set it you make a few that are simple changes when you need, bare in mind all of this easy to do if you're not a tech person staff give all the help you so all set up ready to go.

The time their staff have taken to speak to me and listen to my issues in the past, and particularly more recently with Stuart.
As a platform TeamUp works really well, it is intuitive to use and gets updated frequently. It is very versatile, which works very well for our aerial fitness business. We are very grateful to TeamUp and its staff! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I did not get the full scope of switching to this platform. I had to create a new sales page, my Stripe Capital loan was no longer being paid back automatically, and my entire affiliate business was lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
