The comprehensive structure provides many options for setting up and managing your business.
Customer support are responsive.
The customer facing web interface is pretty slick, and embeds easily into our website.
I like that the coaches can adjust their own schedules and availability - this takes an overhead off our administrator.
The dashboard is very well laid out and provides exactly what is needed.

We have found TeamUp to be convoluted in some areas, such as changing an appointment time. It would be nice to drag and drop instead of multiple clicks to make a small change.
Some of the UI is not as friendly as we have experienced in other platforms.
Coaches do not recieve notifications about rescheduled classes.
It is still possible for the house to book coaches who have blocked themselves as it is not easy to see on the calendar that they are not available.

I'm both a trainer and a physical therapist, as a platform it is predominantly focused on fitness training so sometimes the functionality for therapists (appointments, notes, etc) feel a little clunky compared to other platforms. The Teamup branding when you integrate the software to your website. Too much Teamup branding and not enough ability to use your own brand colours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The hands off approach it has provided to customers purchasing memberships has been brilliant. We also saw an immediate increase in revenue after implementing the TeamUp booking system as it's a lot a more "water tight" than our previous booking provider. Customers have to provide payment information before they can book which has meant we don't have to keep track of who's paid what and can concentrate on providing a good coaching service. I love many things about TeamUp. First and foremost is usability. I have a diverse range of clients in terms of how easy they find it to use tech but each and every one finds TeamUp extremely easy to use. A close second is the level of customer service TeamUp provides, they seem to have thought of everything but make it extremely easy to request features and work so hard to resolve problems quickly. The financial management features of Teamup are simple and clear, providing a dashboard and deep-dive analysis of funds received, membership purchases and projections for billing. At any time, I can see how much we've brought in, what we're expecting and any issues with the payment handler for our members. TeamUp's calendar functions really well but the aesthetics of the customer experience are not as slick as other web2.0 services. The member portal and switching between providers (e.g. if a member has memberships with 2 businesses) are not as slick as the rest of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very useful that i can edit and manage all of the functions, at the beggining with all the steps to follow make it easier to fill in all of the features, customer support was very handful at any time for any questions, i only took 2 days to complete all of the fuctions and implementate it to my business. i dont have anything negative about the platform, maybe for future can be good that it can integrate more languages, something that would help is to have a custommer support that speaks your one language to make the communication easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
