The database view, canvas and automation options are easy to access and intuitive to use, people with zero experience can easily explore and learn how to use teamtailor fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's no automation for getting candidates in the database faster, other ATS might have an extension that automatically detects candidate info a creates a profile with one click, with teamtailor you have to manually enter information for each candidate or submit a resume you dont always have, this is painfully slow and can be easily solved by them. I like how user-friendly the system is, which made it easy over the years to integrate more employees who are involved in the hiring process without having to go through extensive training.
Also, TeamTailor is very agile and highly adaptable to our company's needs, which I think is key for an ATS.

It would be useful to have integrations with more HR systems (ADP for example) to simplify internal processes between departments. I would also like to have the possibility of customizing the reasons for rejections, to have more relevant analytics (Ex: "overqualified", "wants to work from home" etc), and to adapt different templates to each rejection, so it's more relevant for the candidates. The workflows and simplicity of the system is great. This is our first recruitment system so this is very important for us to get the hiring team onboard.
The system was great to set up, the TT team were very helpful throughout the onboarding process and here to answer any questions we might have.

We get to streamline our hiring process more and more with every feature that is added. The webinars are super helpful to see what has been introduced. They've also helped me add several intricate features/triggers and new stages that help with pipeline clarity.

It is a very intuitive and easy-to-learn system. There are incredibly many possibilities to customize according to individual needs, which makes it easy to build up several different recruitment processes. There is a wide range of suppliers to integrate. Widgets can also be added as needed. It is colorful, and I like that the homepage has an optional gif, it makes me happy when I log in :)
The support is fantastic, and responses are given within a minute, great with the chat function. If they don't know, they always find out the answer and get back to you.

For us, the rating on the candidate card does not work well because the score carries over to all recruitments the candidate has applied for. This results in the candidate receiving an incorrect assessment of how well they fit a specific position. It would be desirable for the score to apply to individual recruitment, not an overall rating for all.
The biggest shortcoming is that it is not possible to send out multiple interview times to one or more candidates simultaneously. Currently, it is only possible to send one time to one candidate. Teamtailor is probably one of the most user-friendly ATSs out there. I've used it on and off for 3-4 years, and they've come a long way with their product and features. I especially like everything that helps me automate workflows and be more productive in my work. Moreover, their customer support is always incredibly helpful and quite fast with their solutions. TeamTailor is helping us implement a strong focus on EDI in our recruitment process. It allows us to be flexible with our job postings and ceative too, while taking the stress off and making it a seamless process from start to finish. It's so easy to use. The user experience is super simple. The drag and drop nature of the system makes filling roles with hundreds of applications way easier than it would otherwise be. sometimes the candidate's view in specific jobs can be buggy when cycling through different candidates. For example, the same candidate's name will remain despite navigating through to the next candidate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the Trello like UI where you can easy follow each candidate through the pipeline. Adding automation on each step of the pipeline is also great. Integration with Linkedin is great. AI features provide a lot of added value. For instance, reading the summary instead of the whole cover letter is a time saver and and it's way better than skipping it altogether. The setup is fairly quick but it's easy to make mistakes that will create trouble down the line. For instance, it's not really easy to write down salary ranges and make them visible only to certain people. It's a bit of a gymnastic. Also some content pages are static and can't be edited yet. I really love that the system is set up as a CRM system. It enables you to tailor your communication to your candidates. It also has a great analytic module, that ensure that you take decisions based on facts and not asumptions. I love the hiring process itsself, it has a great flow and i loooove the ease of implementing the integrations.
