We like how it has transformed our process tremendously, moving us from a cold, impersonal recruiter towards an agency that is enabled to be engaging (Nurture Campaign). It’s intuitive, candidate-friendly, and actually makes hiring feel like a two-way conversation rather than just filling a job. Plus, the careersite has been extremely helpful.
The game changer is really the recent development of Co-pilot that allows you to screen through hundreds of CVs based on your screening criteria Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not sure if its just me, but some times, TeamTailor gets a little glitchy. Especially when there's alot of CVs to review in a single job post.
The CV parsing can also do with a lot more work as there are errors in the parsed information. It also sucks that we can only parse 100 CVs at a time.
Lastly, i use lInkedin quite a lot and its not ideal that i can only redirect applications from Linkedin to TeamTailor, but without Easy Connect. If I turn on Easy Connect through Job Wrapping, then i'll need to manually extract CVs from Linkedin to TeamTailor. We've been using Teamtailor for a while now, and it has completely transformed our hiring process. The platform is intuitive, visually appealing, and packed with features that make recruitment easier and more efficient.

The career site was really easy to set up and design to our requirements - and importantly did not require any prior knowledge. The collaboration features are excellent; our hiring managers and recruiters can easily leave comments, tag each other, and stay aligned throughout the process. Plus, the integration with other HR tools makes it even more powerful.
Customer support is fantastic—responsive, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Overall, Teamtailor is an outstanding ATS that balances ease of use with powerful functionality. It's extremely intuitive, allowing our hiring managers to use it effectively after a brief introduction. The chat function is always very helpful. It offers a variety of features, with new ones being added from time to time. We use it daily, and it fits our hiring structure perfectly. Teamtailor is a very intuitive sofware program. Our colleagues and team leaders really appreciate working with it. In addition, the support offered by Teamtailor is outstanding; they respond fast and think with you. It was very easy to implement Teamtailor; they proviced us with a good set of onboarding tools, and we have had frequent meetings with our account manager. I love how easy it makes posting jobs, reviewing candidates, and collaborating with our hiring teams. The platform’s intuitive design keeps everything organized and running smoothly.
What I love most about Teamtailor is how it’s made managing our careers page so much easier. Before, we were reliant on the marketing team for any changes to the website, which could take time. Now, we have full control to update and personalize the page ourselves, making it much more agile and reflective of Unbabel’s culture.
I also really appreciate Teamtailor’s amazing customer support. Whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance, their team is quick, friendly, and always provides solutions that work for us.

TeamTailor is an evolving product, but they have no trouble working closely with their clients to deliver exactly what they need. Gabrielle St-Pierre has been fantastic throughout my onboarding process and even months after I was comfortable using TT, she would still reach out to schedule calls to discuss new features or check how I was using TT to see if there were any improvements to be made. My only critique would be that to access the transcription feature, the interview has to be recorded, which I find a bit costly. As a result, I had to use Tactiq for transcription and note-taking instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I worked with Ed Kennaway to pitch TeamTailor to my business, it was an easy sell as the ROI is so good. As a global business, we found the large variety of job board links very helpful, as well as the multi-language options. Building a careers page was easy and meant we could implement it ourselves rather than relying on resource from other departments. The chat function and support documentation is excellent. I like Teamtailor because it's intuitive and easy to manage. They have excellent tools and features. You can find information about the system in articles, videos, webinars, and through customer support, which is quick in response - especially our contact person, Sophie Ekstrand! I really appreciate all the support we received during our transition process - we weren't hurried to speed it up and had multiple meetings before the transfer to understand the process completely.
