Teamflect Pros and Cons

Teamflect allows me and the team to communicate seamlessly. It offers transparency to the organization's goals and individual responsibility. I also like how we can track meetings, tasks, etc. so that we are all on the same page when meeting. A great tool for small teams like mine with a lot of moving parts. I would love if it would offer opportunities to invite others into the Teamflect space. currently, it only allows people on your Microsoft license, which is great but limits flexibility without having to add additional costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Teamflect has a very intuitive interface. They respond quickly to our queries for help and have been very proactive in accompanying us in the process of adapting it and deploying it in our organization. It is also very convenient to have a solution that can be used within MS teams, facilitating us the installation process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The downsides we have found so far are that our organization has some particular features, like staff having more than 2 managers, but I think that this has more to do with our own structure. It is great and easy to use. You can send out recognitions to your employees as well as send performance reviews with its ease. It is an Implementaion that we have been waiting for. No more third party applications or opening many windows when its integrtation is flawless. We use it frequently to give tasks to our employees and not only does it gives feedback when they complete the project or task it also has goals they can see and show progress through out the project. the only thing at the moment is that we need to update the goals manually. But its not an issue as it does not integrate with our billing to update itself, so its not a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing so far, While integration with Microsoft Teams is a strong point, there can sometimes be technical issues or limitations that affect the seamless operation between the two platforms.
