I would like the Task module to connect to Microsoft To Do, and for the 1-on-1 reminders to either be email or teams message, but not both. I find that confusing. It would be great to have a separate mentorship module also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Teamflect has been very easy to use and implement. Teamflect provided lots of support resources and even offered to train my end-users but given it's ease of use I was able to configure on my own and create the rollout training that incorporated our company policy coupled with the Teamflect functionality. Teamflect Reviews have been widely accepted by our employees and managers, it streamlined our process and created a lot of efficiency. We love the Recognition and Feedback modules too because that information is all incorporated into the employee record and readily available come Review time. There is not much I dislike; like with all software applications there are issues that come up that require support intervention or development efforts to resolve, there haven't been many but at times things have taken a little longer to address where development is required than I would love but I can also appreciate the effort required and how software updates must be planned and scheduled.
