Works brilliantly with our Microsoft / Teams environment. Incredibly useful and well adopted by our company. Well thought out but flexible. We especially love the meeting notes and goals/tasks. Highly recommended. Very responsive support and developers.

The simplicity of the application and the integration into the Teams application. Don't have to go to a different system. Also, it is very easy to navigate and to enter and update goals. we use teams for all of our meetings within our sales team. having teamflect at a click of a button inside the program is so useful. i love that the sales manager can set goals for individuals and as a team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

it can be complicated for first time users. it has a lot of components to link tasks to goals etc. you can go very deep and get confused. it would be nice to stream line a little. make it simplified. updating goals is very manual. if you dont remember to update manually they stay stagnent. email reminders would be nice. Teamflect is customizable, I was able to turn off the features I didn't need like employee engagements and reveiws. I am able to track all my personal goals in a meaningful way and associate tasks with specific goals. It is also incredibly useful to see company wide goals that we can all collaborate on. Plus the app is free up to 10 users, so great for our very small team and equally small budgets for these things. Amazing value! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes when creating a goal or task, assigning to a person or a group is a little confusing. I do like the button to add myself to the task or goal, but there are a lot of options here, one of which creates separate goals for each user instead of one team goal. It is easy to accidentally select this and then is difficult to fix if multiple users are involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Teamflect should send some push notifications on System / handset every morning (Weekdays) some morning positive quotes to start the day with positivity and motivation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the simplicity and eas of use that it provides. It's very flexible and accommodates my needs as an employee in my organization.
