I like being able to use automations to communicate with our applicants. Being able to send text messages or emails right from one spot is key. There are some basic calendar connection options as well.
I also like being able to manage all our job postings from one spot. This will then update indeed or other job sites.
Customer support is also easy to get a hold of. If you have any questions you can chat with them online and expect a quick response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there were more powerful scheduling capabilities. I do like my calendar being connected, but it would be great to be able to auto update a calendar entry once a time is booked via a link I send to my schedule. Texting had a glitch for a while-Team engine fixed it once reported, but I was disapointed they did not find it before I did. It lasted days before I reported it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our company decided to utilize Team Engine to improve our less than efficient communication company wide. We work in an industry with a lot of blue collar workers and found that emails weren't the best way to communicate with them. Since implementing Team Engine, our employees feel that they can easily receive information as well as reach out to our HR team at any time for assistance. The ability to house all applicants and move them through the application process smoothly. This system has allowed us to communicate effectively with applicants. I would like to see that ability to schedule reoccuring messages within the company for more than one date. This would help with reminders within the company. I don't like that the first response is would you like a ohone interview. Most people these days believe that it is the interview. I screen them over the phone then set up an in person meeting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
