What do you like best about Tealium Customer Data Hub?

The tool cuts out lengthy and costly code deployment cycle - now, business users can make changes and publish them in minutes. This flexibility is the key. We have used the tools for over 7 years, and had a chance to switch to multiple other tag managers, some at lower cost or even free. However, the total cost of ownership with these free tools is much higher. Tealium has one of the best user interface that makes complicated things easy to understand and use. Once you pass the initial learning curve, you realize just how much power and agility you gain. If you get stuck with some complex issue, Tealium support engineers are best in class. They will help you, troubleshoot, and even write the code/solution for you. Tealium has one of the best customer support I have ever seen in the industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tealium Customer Data Hub?

Tealium Audiencestream has allowed our department to collect data from our website and other tools that we would otherwise need to create custom solutions for. We're also able to create a unified profile to share data between disparate systems, create distinct audiences, and then activate those audiences in our marketing and ad platforms. What do you dislike about Tealium Customer Data Hub?

The software is very extensive and can be intimidating to get started with. It's best to pick some small wins and projects to get oriented to all of the possibilities. I recommend going through the documentation and video courses to get familiar with the terminology before diving in. The account team is also great at making sure you get to value. What problems is Tealium Customer Data Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are data points that AudienceStream can track and group into single attributes that are difficult for us to replicate in Marketo. AudienceStream allows us to create these audiences to build segments in Marketo, send to ad platforms, and push to other systems we have that otherwise don't integrate into other tools. We're also able to send data from random tools into AudienceStream to build up a more robust profile for our visitors/customers. Since we have a team of developers, we have also built an in-house web-personalization system built off of audiences in AudienceStream. The ability to stitch multiple data sources and layer on functionality to help create audiences and activate on data upstream and downstream. Ability to utilize authenticated data as well as prospecting data to help solve business problems. We are using the CDP to enrich our AWS data products. Also it helps us gear up for the legislative changes that could make client side tracking obselete. What do you like best about Tealium Customer Data Hub?

We have migrated from GTM to TIQ in our project.TIQ is a very marketing-friendly tag management solution. Configuring tags such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, MediaMath, Bluekai, Bing UET or Google Remarketing and Google AdWord Conversion tags are all three-step easy processes. TIQ is not a free Tag management solution, whereas GTM and Adobe Launch are free TMS, creating more challenges for TIQ if the IT Management wants cost cutting.TIQ may plan to have a free basic version which will eventually help the company to compete with other free TMS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TIQ helps us quickly implement website marketing/advertising or functional tags. For an asynchronous application, this works pretty well. Although TIQ also provides a synchronous option to apply tags such as adobe target efficiently. So overall, it is a very robust solution with an easy setup, enabling marketers to go ahead and change the tags by themselves without waiting for IT involvement. There are tons of helpful training options. The customer support is their number 1 asset as they are quick to respond and are always helpful. It is a technical tool that layers on itself. If there is a bug or if a step is not followed exactly right it can be frustrating to resolve without Customer Support. From a marketing perspective, the platform needs the ability to pause components associated with a campaign.
