I love that everything is done around data, variables triggering actions or filtering flows. You can easily define your events or flags using variables in your datalayer isntead of implementing multiple event listeners like competition does. I love how easy this solution is to integrate with inhouse architecture of tracking providing useful tooling and documentation. The support is always quick to respond and to solve the reported issue, never had any issues getting the help I have expected. The suite is full of features and can be easily tailored to your needs, Tealium staff is always there to help and talk about problems or needs of scalling the solution. I am working with Tealium tools everyday. I never had any major issues with accesibility or any of the tools being down. Our company integrates Tealium with internal tools frequently as we build our tracking around it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the user experiences in the UI might need some polishing, nothing gamebreaking just quality of life things sometimes are not up to the quality Tealium provides with functionality of the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Tealium iQ and EventStream to orchestrate our vast number of tags and API connectors. What we like best is how well Tealium is able to support most of our vendors on both the client and server side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it takes a long time to get our feature requests implemented. We've been waiting on Consent Orchestration for nearly two years and it has blocked the server-side API integrations for many of our vendors. We also wish the server-side Functions were more affordable because they would be a game-changer for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been working on Tealium and some other CDPs for almost 3 years now. The ease of use and the options that Tealium provides is something that other platforms are still trying to evolve. The data connectivity both up-stream and down-stream, the ease of building audiences through the attributes is just great in Tealium! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a learning curve to their platform, but once you know it it's easy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ability to listen for events and then add those as audiences. Little to no programming required. Data connectors work well out of the box. Good documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It seems like variables have to be created in lots of places starting with events and then with audiences. As CDP's mature Tealium may consider bringing more focus to the AudienceStream product as thats the main one marketers are interested in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Tealium CDP is great for easy integration to other products and the ability to see all of my customer data in one place and create audiences. The out of the box connectors and speed to setup is great as they have hundreds of connectors. This has been invaluable to our organization. They are also introducing predictive modeling within the tool (separate processing) this will be a game changer for activating data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike how when selecting audiences the dates are determined. It only selects a person in the audience for a date range if an event occurred during that time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Tealium CDH is easy to set up, implement and integrate.
- Access to the user properties while browsing is crucial to enrich the user experience for our website visitors and to integrate with other services running on pages
- Functions allow us to integrate with corporate services making CDH more robust for complex calculations, mappings and enrichment of user data
- Connectors to bring the data to our backend systems allow us to take snapshots of the user profiles to mine data and get analytic insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Lack of more B2B capabilities to enable acount based marketing
- Lack of better capabilities to visualize user data within the platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Tealium for quite awhile in different capacities and it has still been a clear winner on several of the offerings, beating out other competitors with much bigger budgets and development teams. I think it is long overdue for a ui design change, but the functionality is still great, both in ease of use and integrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the UI is still quite old and could use a refresh. Save/publish times are very slow as well, which is the main reason for not giving a 10/10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Using IQ and CDP on a weekly basis.
The Data Collection, Standardisation and Transformation is well integrated in the products and relatively straightforward to implement. Working with concurrent users on IQ has been improved over the years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Integration with other tools and activation of users is possible, but there are often a lot of caveats / unexpected restrictions / rough edges that makes the usage of AudienceStream a subpar experience compared to Tealium IQ.
In theory a big numer of features are present, in practice some of them fall short for actual use cases.
Out of the box templates (IQ & Audiencestream) need more involvement from customer support/tealium consultants than you would hope for.
Better release management/the ability to work on multiple topics concurrently in AudienceStream is long overdue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like most about Tealium IQ is the large number of tags in the marketplace and the ease of implementation. And in case there isn't a specific tag, you can request it through support (which is also awesome) and they develop new tags on a regular basis.
Also, the ease of connecting Tealium IQ and Event Stream allows anyone to do it and the results are fantastic when it comes to data collection and enrichment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tealium IQ is a tool that can be difficult to learn to use at first. Also, I think it would be good if, before publishing, you could warn if there is incorrect code that could "break" the application. It doesn't happen a lot, but if in any implementation with JS code there is an error, it can cause problems. GTM, for example, doesn't let you publish if there is an error in the code. It's intuitive and the interface is modern, clean, and attractive. It requires technical skill and understanding yet the way it's laid out, it makes it easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When making changes in dev and another colleague is making changes, there's a pop-up that there's a newer version. I wish it wouldn't do that each time. I wish it would do that when I'm trying to save my own version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that both server-side tracking and a customer data platform are integrated with its own TMS system, which makes is easy to integrate with the current implementation.
Support answers quickly and our requests are heard by the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use the tool almost daily and I've had a hard time getting used to the logic in AudienceStream. There are still a lot of features that would need to be added to make the tool seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
