What do you like best about Tealium Customer Data Hub?

TiQ + AS are an easy solution to manage vendor tags, enhance analytics and optimize marketing campaigns. A technical marketing professional can manage it without the need to work through IT or Web teams to implement and test which saves everyone time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tealium Customer Data Hub?

It is a technical tool that layers on itself. If there is a bug or if a step is not followed exactly right it can be frustrating to resolve without Customer Support. From a marketing perspective, the platform needs the ability to pause components associated with a campaign. Since the tool does have so many layers some campaign components may conflict with each other so a build can get complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are able to take our analytics a step further by layering in our CRM data to create valuable reporting. Additional custom setup needed for analytics or vendors can all be handled through AS. What do you like best about Tealium Customer Data Hub?

We have been using Tealium for ver 10 yrs. We started using them for tag management and have moved on to event stream. The TiQ tag management tool has been great to use and has allowed us to easily manage tags across 30 plus sites. We just started implementing Event Stream to capture more data server side and expect that to help us improve our data and analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They are the very first ones who introduced first party data strategies and they are still the best ones.
